5 Steps To Cleanse And Purify The Soul

If you incorporate these simple recommendations into your daily routine, you will feel relaxed in every way, liberating, cleansing, and purifying your soul, spirit, and entire being.

Let's first define what I mean when I talk about the spirit or the soul. I mean the real essence of who we are, how we love, and why we live. It contains our passions, and energy and leads us to be better people on this planet.

Our spiritual side is what makes our lives flow smoothly (maybe not all the time) or feel stagnant and "dirty." It's easy to avoid looking at this aspect of ourselves, However, but the significance and impact cannot be overstated.

For many years I have known many techniques of spiritual relaxation, the release of energy and control of situations, in which many people ask me: How can you overlook situations like this? Or how can you move forward without looking back like that?

All the things that happen to us, whether good or bad, are simply a perception of how we see situations, how we take them and how we react to them.

This article is aimed at people who feel bad about situations they couldn't respond to otherwise, such as:

"I didn't attend that person's marriage party and I feel bad about it," "I couldn't buy my friend's Christmas present and I feel terrible about it," "I didn't pay the bills on time and I feel really bad about it," "I should never have done that or said that," and many more examples that I leave to your imagination.

These are my 5 recommendations for you to initiate an immediate spiritual "cleansing", which only for this article I will call the 5 Steps to Cleanse and Purify the Soul:

1. Reduce stress.

Organize all the notes, bills, and stressful reminders that are going around the whole house and place them all in one place.

So you can control when to observe and analyze them and not stress about encountering any of them when you don't want to.

Reducing stress in this way can make you feel more connected to the earth, with the spirit, soul and thinking totally centred, with better intuition and with the creative capacity to realize goals, desires and achieve fruits.

2. Detect which are the behaviours or your common habits that no longer work.

It is very easy to feel unmotivated by self-destructive behaviours including negative thoughts, not having compassion and forgiveness for ourselves, placing this above reasonable expectations and more.

Take an honest look at your life and determine which behaviours no longer work in any way, then find out which behaviours help you grow and which are not bad, but that makes this goal difficult for you.

3. Eliminate fears.

Fear is something that prevents us from doing things in many ways: It limits us from fully connecting with the people we love, makes us hesitate to follow our dreams or even affects us physically.

Frequently (mainly when I am in a relaxed environment) I use techniques of the so-called "Emotional Freedom Technique" or EFT (Acronym for Emotional Freedom Technique).

Use a spot or a spot near the middle of the top of your hand, in the groove between your little finger and ring finger. Just use three or four fingers of your other hand and press or rub that place. It is used in conjunction with very deep breaths when you cannot calm down. You are touching a specific point on one of its meridians (also known as energy channels) in the body.

This "spot" is responsible for our "pattern of flight or spiritual struggle", where we often enter when we are afraid or afraid of something, a situation that collaborates in large part with the nightmares we may have while we sleep.

4. Let nature help you clean.

The energy of the globe has numerous benefits, including regulating hormones in the body and keeping you linked to the Earth, which typically makes you feel calmer and more confident.

Just make an effort to physically connect with the earth more often.

The best way to reap the benefits of the spiritual healing properties of the earth is to go barefoot on sand, dirt or grass as often as possible.

5. Turn off the energy of your "spacesuit".

I frequently visualise the space around the body as a spacesuit. Many of us refer to this as the "aura" or "energy field."

Our auras act as magnets, attracting the energy that is present in our surroundings. Although most people can't see the aura, it's still an important part of how we feel.

In short, we need to clean this energy regularly (although it seems silly, it works, relaxes and releases the spirit and on all occasions, it is what they do if they go to a SPA):

Using your fingertips, rub the entire space of your body from your head to your heels. Wash your hands under cold water afterwards to release the "aura" of negative energy.

If you have a tub bath, soak and soak your body in a salt bath. You can use sea salt or Epsom salt.

If you have a chance, use flower petals to create a spirit cleansing spray. Flowers and plants have a natural ability to clean.

Simply combine your favourite flowers in a spray bottle with your favourite essence water.

Use the spray on your body from head to toe as often as you can, once a day.
