5 Habits To Get A Better You At This End Of Week

Don't you worry, I won't be starting it with towering words like 'early to bed, early to rise', do this or that hustle every morning and end in your dreamy location every sunrise.!

But you might ask me if that isn't all-important.? I agree that every point is a crucial part of life but before that enjoying the current self is top of the list.

Yeahh, I was just waiting for that list to come out of your mind as "I don't have anything in my life to be happy on", "Do you even know my current payout/things going on in my life and you are just trying to drop your thoughts on me!!??", "I am trying but those past grudges aren't letting me get over things" and so on…

I know everyone is going through or has been in the past; but if I ask you with a simple example of holding flowers or spines - the choice is up to you! What would be your pick?

Grudges are just like spines. The more you hold them for a long time, the more they will be hurting you every now and then. Rather than wasting the treasure of current moments which you can actually enjoy, why are you picking such spines?

Hope that made at least a slight difference in your point of view of seeing things around you. Now Let's hop on a list of quick 5 habits which will help you to make this work out for you in an easier way

Start The Day With Calmness

Yes, meditation could be the best therapy if you are ready to nourish yourself with it. But I also understand that your current mental state must not also be ready for it. You might take hours at night to get sleep, continuous thoughts keep breaking your sleep cycle, and then again a tired morning.

Put your worries aside, you are about to come over all things now, try to reduce your buzzing thoughts that just start hammering you from the second you open your eyes after sleep - some days it also results in heavy headaches too and clearly no one would prefer a morning like that.

Set your mind on 'Hush Mode'. First, calm yourself and greet the morning with "What a lovely morning my life has gifted me, Thank You!" keep going on in the same flow for a few minutes once you actually start feeling it and bring a soft smile to your face.

Then don't just directly take a flight to the messages, e-mails, or another world you living on social media - Mindwell, your peace is the most than all of those and you have an entire to connect with each of them so either take a walk / play on some music / cuddle with your pet or whatever practices that makes you feel comfy.

Have Breakfast That Makes Up Your Mood

Even if it is a pack of chocolate cookies, a piece of pastry/a sizzling brownie with hot coffee, once a monthly special recipe of yours or any other meal that goes off the routine meal you were for too long.

Because the change becomes a necessity or else you'll start getting bored with the same morning routine and making yourself settle for the same life and end of the day when you'll realise it - that thing will make you completely furious about it.

So better make a switch before you reach too far! But here I attach one note also which is not making an unhealthy meal a part of my daily schedule as the end I won't mind your chubby face as that smile will still light up the town in the same way as it currently does but you might not like a fatty you. So drive things in the way it makes you happy and not completely crazy over it.

In simple words don't make anything the only thing you are happy for, let it just be a part of your life, and not a support stick of your happiness.

Set Today's TO-DO Without Making It Look As TO-DO

Not every time your to-do should be bordered till your office work and deliverables only. You need to give your happy skills a fresh start too which could be gardening, painting, some pottery work, or any other craftwork you do to make yourself happy and not just for a passive income.

And most importantly don't just simply create timeline boundaries for the things you love to do, It's okay if you'll get the dinner after completing your artwork -as the next shot you'll be giving, this incomplete piece might mess up your mood to return to the same or even jump on the new one.

Get Some Books / Attend A Seminar / Get A Better Company

I already covered a few points to consider for giving your mind a reboot, after that what will you be achieving.? Don't think about your workplace first as then again the behaviour of your colleagues or the last project which was submitted but didn't get appreciated in the way you expected will stop you from doing the best of yourself.

So think about which portion of your revenue-generating skills that interest you first and can get an edge or whether there are some other platforms you want to join for understanding more sides of the same field or tryna some other courses. As we can take an example if you are currently a technical content writer at a firm but also have a good pic of colour palettes then graphic designing is a scope of field to be attentive to.

You can get yourself enrolled in a seminar, or pick some books if reading works out for you in a better way rather than going for long video sessions - it's all up to you.

This portion of life is also as important as the previous ones if currently on something and won't see an improvement/promotion then it will start boring you and unwantedly being jealous of the other workmates who get a hike every now and then.

So what that stands for is start socialising yourself with people who are already doing a version of you and have already reached somewhere you want to see yourself within 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year. As it will cut off half of the hardships to walk on unknown tracks and zero results.

Are We Missing Something?

Notes! The 5th and the most important point to consider whenever you are on something - that today I took my first step to this which will be ending up with these great results by ____ date. Where you will be tomorrow is based on what you do today and where you invest most of your today's energy in.

You may surely give it a try but not for the first thing I am about to tell you because you might have experienced this many times before only - the night you had a misunderstanding or was angry with someone has concluded the next morning with a bad mood.

There must be some people around you who might have even tried to make up your mood but it didn't work as you have been carrying the same for long hours instead if you stay easy with things and plan a day in the way you like your tomorrow will be even better and boost up the energy of completing the task in 1.5 hours in which you used to take 2–3 hours before.
