If you trust yourself and have a positive attitude, you will make others trust you as well. To advance in your career fast, you need to believe in yourself and educate yourself to become better.

Don't be that colleague who complains all the time, try to be optimistic instead. Successful people look for solutions instead of finding guilty people.
