COLLEGE
It was a rainy night in Cambridge, Massachusetts It was one of those nights where She could sit back and study. She had her legs propped up on a small mountain of pillows under my blanket on her bed with my back on the close to the frame. Elizabeth shared her room with another person in her place of study – Harvard University. She chose this school for political science after reading an article on its studies in a magazine.
Elizabeth wardrobe consisted of Chuck Taylor converse that rested inside of the bottom drawer, blue jeans, and plain colored shirts which was folded up neatly in the top drawer on the left side of the bed with one jacket hanging on a coat rack along with her roommate
Their room was big enough for two people to live in on Elizabeth’s corner there was a study desk, a portable coffee maker machine with books about the law from the dictionary to constitutional resting behind and a typewriter that was given to her from her parents. On the other side of the room is Elizabeth’s roommate, Sandra, who had a bed right next to is a small bookshelf with books about physic and biological sciences. Sandra also had this one weird book with no label on it, “she never bothered to tell me about it even if I did want to ask her about it.” Thought Elizbeth.
The man on the forecast was broadcasting about the prolongation of the storm. Of his prediction for the storm’s prolongation will be at two-forty-five in the morning. Her clock reads seven-forty-eight at night. She had been studying for an hour now. “It was the perfect time for her to for a night stroll,” She thought to herself. Predominately She would go outside for thirty to forty minutes until she felt tired. She gathered her jacket which was raincoat assembled with a black umbrella that was resting on the wall next to the door.
While she was walking, Elizabeth met up with my roommate, Sandra, stumbling her way up the path to the dorms. She looked as though she needed assistance in the dorm. Elizabeth made her way over to her before she collapsed on the ground. This all happened at eight-zero-one at night. Elizabeth was only seven minutes from completing her nightly stroll. “I was feeling quite tired from all the walking”, she thought to herself.
We lived at Apply Court with other freshmen that she barely knew. They walked a long way back to our dorm it was arduous work trying to keep Sandra from falling. Elizabeth looked at the wristwatch she had, and it reads eight-thirty-five at night. With difficulty, they snuck their way back to the dorms. she used her key to get inside help themselves inside the building. Before she could open the door to let themselves inside. she had to put Sandra on the door beside it as she prepared to open the door.
Elizabeth swung the door open and prop my foot on the door to hold it open as Elizabeth searched for something to hold the door open. She searched from path to path, moreover, she found nothing to assist her. Elizabeth used her shoe on the door to prevent it from slamming on us. she rushed Sandra inside to the nearest wall. They had to take the steps to their room which was on the third floor, there it took them a while, furthermore, they made it to the third floor.
The trip to the room was arduous, moreover, Elizabeth successfully made their room just in time before the lights went out at that time. The trip from walk toward the dorms, going upstairs, and to the room took them thirty minutes to arrive at the entrance of their room. Once inside the room, she placed Sandra on her bed to retrieve some items to aid her. She walked over to her desk where the coffee machine rested. She poured some coffee grains into the portable coffee machine to get it started for Sandra who was resting in her bed.
Once the portable coffee rang in the room indicating that filter was down pouring the liquid coffee grain into the cup. She rushed over to Sandra before retrieving the cup from the coffee machine to wake her up from slumber. She had to get Sandra to sit upwards on the bed so the coffee could help sober her up. Sandra was refusing everything that she tried to do for her, it took a lot of exertion, notwithstanding all the inebriated conflicts she managed to get her up. Elizabeth got down on her knees to help Sandra to ingest some of the coffee that was made.
Sandra slapped the cup out of her hand before she could even move another inch towards her lips the cup had rolled on the floor into a corner of the room. Elizabeth rose from her spot on the floor along with the cup she had picked up from the corner and started the whole routine all over again.
As she is preparing another cup of coffee Sandra laid down again. Elizabeth sighed in anguish whilst pouring the coffee grain into the container. While pouring the coffee grain into the coffee machine some of the beans missed container she grunted at her clumsiness. Elizabeth finished up on the routine together with cleansing the entire area water spill and grains she noticed that one of the beans was standing upright as though there was a force on the coffee bean.
Elizabeth reached down along with other coffee beans in her hand, picked up the upright bean on the floor. While she was picking the bean up, she felt a cool breeze pass by her. She suddenly had a cold feeling going up to her back that made her shake.
Elizabeth turned around to see if Sandra felt the cold breeze as well as she did, but she looked warm and cozy in her bed. She panned the room for anything that could let in a draft, she nothing in the room that could have the windows was closed due to the bad weather outside “there was no way it could get in,” she thought.
