The secret call at dawn
For more than a month, Anna Bray, a 30-year-old single woman living in Manchester (England), noticed some very strange signs in her dreams. She dreamed that someone would occasionally whisper in her ear: " Wake up, wake up Anna ." She immediately got up, her limbs seemed to be shaking very strangely.

Decoding the mysterious call at dawn
The voice was clear. Anna had not misheard, and it seemed that the whisper came from the inside wall, not from the window. Anna would not have paid much attention to it if nothing had happened when she woke up. Psychologists have proven that single people often have hallucinations and hear voices calling their names in their dreams. But there was something very strange about Anna's case.
The secret call at dawn
When she woke up, she saw that the blanket had been neatly folded; The bottle of goldfish water is clear as if someone had just changed the water; Office clothes have been neatly ironed and hung on hangers; The window was wide open... Those were the things she usually did every time she woke up. This made Anna worried. Could it be that someone snuck into her room while she was fast asleep and did all that work?
It was like a fairy tale. Anna was even more terrified when she thought that it was her best friend Brige who had returned to do those things for her. Brige had died in a car accident a long time ago. This fear immediately haunted Anna's sleep and she heard Brige calling her. Anna finally sought help from a psychiatrist.
It is said that Anna was deeply affected by Brige's death, so her psychology was disturbed and her memory was not guaranteed. The tasks that were completed when Anna woke up were most likely done in the evening. Anna asserts that she never changes the goldfish's water tank at night. But she admitted that sometimes she irons her clothes before going to bed so that she has time to sleep later in the morning.
Doctors maintained their conclusion that Anna had a memory disorder because of her friend's death. She herself was traveling with Brige in that car but was lucky to escape death. To avoid those obsessions, doctors advised her not to sleep alone. Anna called a girlfriend to come sleep with her. The first night, the two friends stayed up late talking. That day, Anna fell into a deep sleep and when she woke up, she felt very happy that her morning chores were still intact, her clothes were still draped on the couch, the goldfish water bottle was still murky...
But it all started again on the third night. Her friend still slept with her. Anna dreamed that someone was whispering to her in her sleep, and the next morning her clothes were ironed by “someone” . Anna went to the doctor again. She was advised to go back to sleep as usual, and they would find another treatment. That night, the doctors sent someone to secretly monitor Anna’s bedroom.

The room was bathed in the dim, pale pink light of the bedside lamp. Anna Bray and her friend are still sleeping soundly. On the large bed there are many small pillows. The window was slightly open. The night sky is quiet with no stars. It was past three o'clock in the morning, and Anna's room window was shaking slightly. Nothing at all. It was just a morning breeze gently blowing into the room. Suddenly Anna woke up. She gently did not touch her sleeping friend.
She turned on the light, lazily stretched, then pushed the window wider and went into the bathroom. A moment later, Anna returned to the room. She took the iron and ironed her office clothes and hung them on the hanger, then went to change the water in the goldfish vase. Finally, Anna rearranged the remaining pillows on the bed, avoiding touching her sleeping friend. After finishing work, Anna lay down on the bed and slept again.
This discovery surprised doctors
They decided to secretly send more people to observe and get closer to Anna's room. Finally, after alerting the police, a doctor managed to sneak into Anna's bedroom and hide there to wait. He noticed that Anna got up with her eyes closed but her movements were very precise . She worked and walked without bumping into any objects in the room. Even when she came out of the bathroom, Anna kept her eyes closed.
Anna's case has symptoms similar to sleepwalking . But sleepwalkers usually just stand up and walk around for a while and then lie down again, but cannot walk for a long time, do many things, even do things that affect their body such as bathing. Psychologists confirm that Anna is not the only case with such strange actions.
People have discovered in the countryside near the capital London (England) a woman named Merey , 34 years old and another woman named Dlune in New York, USA... About a dozen people with symptoms like Anna appeared in the US and UK. The strange thing is that they are similar in characteristics: single and from the age of thirty and up . What is even more special is that despite being so old, living in a social life full of temptations and desires, these women still maintain the life of young women. All of them have never slept with any man.
Sleepwalking or longing for love?
According to scientists, people with sleepwalking often suddenly wake up, walk back and forth, close their eyes and babble something out loud. This phenomenon is due to a certain vegetative nerve being agitated, waking up before the nervous system that controls human consciousness. Therefore, human limbs can move completely unconsciously for a short time.
However, there are also many opinions contrary to this statement. Some psychologists believe that the patient's memory is too flexible and sharp, so he or she remembers more than normal daily activities. However, sleepwalking is still a mysterious, unconscious behavior that the scientific community has not yet fully explained...
There are also cases where sleepwalkers do some work and then lie down to sleep. But most of those works have bad results, either water is spilled on the floor or clothes are burned. When studying sleepwalking, people think that there is a connection to the inhibition of brain function.
Normally when sleeping, the human body creates a "void" that prevents signals from the brain from transmitting to the muscular system, helping us lie still. But if this mechanism to create "space" is disrupted or disturbed, it will create sleepwalking actions and people.
Most sleepwalkers start during puberty and recover by adulthood. That's why it's hard for scientists to diagnose patients like Anna, who are over 30. They started to profile these patients and found something very special: they had never felt truly attracted to a man in their lives.

Furthermore, medical examinations showed that they were completely healthy, without any congenital abnormalities. The estimated time (later determined by external observations) when they heard the call was around 3:00 a.m. Thus, that time was the time of deepest sleep, and the body's "sleep state" reached its peak. This was the mysterious key to unlocking the door to this disease.
Scientists say that for people who have never been in love , who have never had a real desire for someone of the opposite sex, there is always a constant anxiety of loneliness . These people always work quickly because they are afraid of running out of time. And because of this anxiety of loneliness, their souls give birth to a very special reflex; they are afraid of going to the end of a certain event or feeling. Why is that?
In normal people, love makes them feel strangely courageous and confident. This confidence lies in the living reflex of each person. Moreover, they do not hesitate when deciding to “adventure ” in a certain feeling of life because they have clearly “depended” on their lover. But in people who live alone, have never been in love, there is no such feeling.
Anna said that after the call, " Anna wake up, wake up ", her limbs felt very dizzy. She did not feel like walking or flying, but only felt her body was limp and moving aimlessly into a large circle. Then when she was about to touch that large circle, she was startled and woke up. What surprised scientists was that sleepwalking patients usually cannot remember what happened in their sleep. But Anna had the feeling of " unsteadiness ".
It is explained that Anna and those who have symptoms like her have accumulated an unconscious reflex of not letting themselves "go" to the end of all living sensations. Therefore, that unconscious reflex remains "awake" even when sleep comes. That reflex acts as a "guard" for all their living actions. When natural sleep gradually turns to morning, the human body " drifts" gradually into the most perfect "sleep " point. The "guard" immediately stops, preventing perfect sleep by creating a call.
When natural sleep is blocked from its peak , people will fall into a state of half-awake, half-asleep . Part of the signal will be transmitted to the muscular system. And that system will do familiar tasks, repeated over a long period of time.
Although there is no consensus on the above statements, scientists agree that patients can only be cured when they have a man in their life. Love or living with a person of the opposite sex will help people have more confident living reflexes. This is a very "pragmatic" meaning of love but is very necessary that single people should know.
