The House Where Death Awaits

The House of Horrors

By The Broken WriterPublished 2 years ago 3 min read

The old house stood on a hill, overlooking the town. It had been empty for years, and no one dared to go near it. It was said to be haunted by the ghost of its former owner, a cruel and sadistic man who had murdered his entire family.

One day, a group of teenagers decided to go to the house for a dare. They had heard the stories, but they didn't believe them. They thought it would be fun to spend the night in the house and see if anything happened.

The teenagers arrived at the house late at night. It was dark and silent, and the only sound was the wind blowing through the trees. They cautiously entered the house, and the door slammed shut behind them.

The teenagers were immediately filled with a sense of dread. The house was cold and damp, and the air was thick with dust. They could hear strange noises coming from all around them.

They decided to split up and explore the house. One by one, they disappeared into the darkness.

The last teenager, a boy named Mark, was left alone in the hallway. He was scared, but he didn't want to show it. He took a deep breath and started to walk down the hallway.

Suddenly, he heard a noise behind him. He turned around, but there was nothing there. He started to walk again, and the noise came again. This time, he was sure that he saw a figure out of the corner of his eye.

He started to run, but the figure was faster. It chased him through the house, and he could hear it laughing. He ran into a room and hid under the bed.

The figure stopped outside the room and started to claw at the door. Mark screamed, but no one could hear him.

The figure broke down the door and came into the room. Mark closed his eyes and waited for the end.

But the end never came. The figure just stood there, staring at him.

Mark opened his eyes and saw that the figure was gone. He got out from under the bed and ran out of the house.

He never went back to the house again, and he never told anyone what happened.

But he never forgot the night he saw the ghost of the haunted house.

The next day, Mark went back to the house with his friends. They wanted to see if he was telling the truth.

They entered the house and started to explore. They found the room where Mark had been hiding, and they saw the claw marks on the door.

They also found a journal in the room. The journal belonged to the former owner of the house, and it was filled with his dark thoughts and desires.

The teenagers were starting to believe that Mark was telling the truth. They were also starting to get scared.

They decided to leave the house, but they couldn't find the way out. They wandered around the house for hours, but they couldn't find a way out.

They were starting to panic. They didn't know what to do.

Suddenly, they heard a noise. It was the same noise that Mark had heard the night before.

The teenagers turned around, and they saw the figure. It was standing in the hallway, staring at them.

The teenagers screamed and ran. They ran through the house, but the figure was faster. It chased them relentlessly.

The teenagers ran out of the house and into the woods. They kept running until they couldn't run anymore.

They collapsed on the ground, exhausted and terrified.

They never went back to the house again. They never told anyone what happened.

But they never forgot the night they saw the ghost of the haunted house.
