The Formidable Black-eyed Children

In the not too far off distance, you see children approaching. Maybe you’re inside your home just happening to glance out the window or in your car in an empty convenience store parking lot enjoying the sandwich you got.

The children walk closer at a slow yet steady pace. You don’t think anything out of the ordinary until they approach even closer and you’re able to get a closer look at them.

Their eyes are completely coal black, no whites to be seen at all and their skin is inhumanly pale.

Your own face grows pale as fear and a chilling realization overcomes you.

You’ve just had an encounter with the “black-eyed children”.

Sightings

It’s uncertain when reported sightings of these “black-eyed children" began. Most can be traced back to the late 90’s while stories from as far back as the 80’s have also been reported.

Regardless of when they were reported, they always mention the same thing:

The children’s completely pitch black soulless eyes.

Eyes that are completely coal black where no whites not even irises are visible and are formidably soulless. Some accounts will also describe the children as having the most unnatural and palest skin.

Depending on accounts, these children appear to range in age from as young as five up to early teens.

Various reports of those who swear to have seen them state that these children can appear anywhere. Hitch hiking along a back road, standing in an abandoned parking lot seemingly out of nowhere, even at your back door.

Those who saw these children from their cars and were able to break free from the trance of fear and speed away, have mustered the courage to look back only to see that the children had vanished into thin air.

Just gone like ghosts.

Were they imagining things?

If you do have the misfortune of finding them at your doorstep, think they'll just give up and go away after a few knocks?

Think again.

It is said that these children will do anything to get you to answer your door or let them into your car.

They might claim that they’re lost and need to get ahold of their parents. They’ll even talk innocently and politely too like children that genuinely need help from an adult.

However, these children aren’t actually children and they’re not lost. The true reason why they’re there is far more sinister!

If it is something sinister, it makes perfect sense why it would disguise itself as a harmless child.

Harmless yet with chilling eyes that are completely black.

Would you be more likely to open your door to a child? To keep your guard down as a child approached you or just stared from across a parking lot?

If you do let these children in, it is said that bad luck and misfortune will follow shortly after the children leave.

Maybe pets will mysteriously disappear or you or someone you know will be in an accident. Pure coincidence?

What's even more unsettling is that these children will appear out of nowhere.

Imagine being in an empty parking lot or at a gas station pumping gas when you happen to take a glance and see one of these children approaching or even ...

Just standing there.

Staring with their soulless pitch black eyes.

Who are these black eyed children? They’re certainly not from this world. Extraterrestrial beings? Or something far more sinister like demons?

So, next time you find yourself traveling a dark desolate road late at night or sitting in your car in an empty parking lot, keep one eye out for the “black-eyed children”.

And if you see them at your doorstep, do NOT let them in!
