The Door That Opened at 2pm: A True Horror Story

This is the story of Janakpuri, an old area of Delhi, where a 24-year-old girl, Srishti, lived with her parents. Srishti was a college student and used to study till late at night. She was never afraid, but what happened to her one night changed her life.

The beginning of the story

It was a winter's night. It was the month of December, and the cold winds were hitting the windows. Srishti was sitting on her study table preparing for the exam. The whole house was shaking. My parents were asleep. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. And then something happened that shook him to the core.

The first sign

Suddenly, the door of his room opened. There was no sound, no sound. At first, the creation thought that the door would have been opened by the wind. He got up, closed the door, and went back to his study. But five minutes later, the door opened again.

This time the creation seemed a little strange. He closed the door again and sat down.

The feeling of someone's presence

About half an hour later, as she was reading the book, she heard someone walking behind her. He looked back, but there was no one there. Suddenly the room bulb flickered for a second and then healed.

Now the creature began to realise that perhaps there was someone else in the room.

Glimpse of a ghost

At that moment, he saw a shadow in the window. Wearing a long, white saree and a shadow with open hair. As he looked back, there was no one there. She cried and screamed in fear. Hearing her voice, her parents came running, but there was nothing unusual in the room.

The mother explained to him that he must have been feeling this way because of sleep and exhaustion.

The second incident of the night

The next day, the creation was very afraid. She told her mother that she would no longer study alone in the room. But at night, the anxiety of re-examination forced her to go to her room and study.

This time, the doors and windows were closed. But at around 2:15 pm, the fan in his room suddenly went off. Then his books began to fall on the floor by themselves. The chair on the table moved by itself.

Now the cry of creation has gone out. This time her parents also felt very cold air in the room as soon as they opened the door and saw a misty movement in one corner of the room.

The Neighbour's Truth

The next day, Srishti's mother spoke to an old woman in the neighbourhood about it. He said that earlier a girl named Neha used to live in this house. He committed suicide by hanging himself in the same room. His spirit is still seen in this room today. Many people left this house because they had to face terrible events.

Trying to get rid of the spirit

The father of creation called a pundit. The pandit performed the puja and said that Neha's soul is incomplete. She wants to say something; someone wants justice.

The pandit performed a havan in the house and tried to communicate with the spirit. After some time, Pandit said that Neha's soul is saying that her death was not suicide; someone has killed her. The truth must be revealed.

Revealing the truth

After this, Srishti's father spoke to the old landlord and got the police records out. It turned out that Neha's death was ruled a suicide, but her boyfriend often assaulted her. The needle of suspicion was on him, but the case was closed due to lack of evidence.

Now the family appealed to reopen the case.11

Peace to the soul

A few weeks later, the police arrested the ex-boyfriend. When this news came out, that very night Srishty saw Neha's soul for the last time in her room – she was smiling and gradually disappeared.

After that, the room was back to normal. There was no door, no window.

Conclusion

This is not just a story of fear but also of justice. When a soul is incomplete, it cannot sleep peacefully. But when she gets justice, she automatically gets peace.

This true story taught us that behind fear there is sometimes a truth that needs to be known.

Discrimination

Not only spreads poison in the society but also forces many souls to wander. A ghost is retribution for an injustice that the living ignore."
