Here's a short horror story with a vivid image:
The Dollmaker's Revenge
In the depths of the abandoned doll factory, a lone figure stirred. The air was thick with the scent of decay and rot. Cobwebs clung to the rusty machinery, and the shadows danced like demons on the walls.
Emily, a curious urban explorer, had broken into the factory, seeking thrills and chills. But as she delved deeper into the darkness, she stumbled upon a room that made her blood run cold.
In the center of the room, a massive, antique dollmaker's workbench stood, surrounded by rows of glassy-eyed dolls. Their faces seemed to leer at Emily, their smiles twisted and sinister.
Suddenly, Emily heard a faint whispering in her ear. "Play with us." The voice was like a rusty gate, scraping against her nerves.
As she spun around, a figure emerged from the shadows. The Dollmaker. His face was a grotesque parody of a smile, stitched together with black thread.
Emily tried to flee, but her feet felt heavy, as if rooted to the spot. The Dollmaker began to whisper again, his voice growing louder, more menacing.
"Play with us... forever."
And then, Emily saw it. A doll that looked exactly like her, with glassy eyes and a twisted smile.
The Dollmaker's Revenge had begun.

Nice work. Have you ever had a coincidence of the doll moving to areas you did not place ?
