The Cursed Pond
The sun was placed on Botra in a small village, casting a long shadow on its narrow paths and old trees. The village was peaceful, but the place remained terrified - a cursed pond. For generations, villagers spoke around the pond in steamy tones. It was said that those who approached after the darkness would never have returned. Some claimed the shadows hiding under the water, while others whined about scary people who filled the night air. Even the bravest of them refused to bring her closer, especially on full moon nights.

For generations, villagers spoke around the pond in steamy tones. It was said that those who approached after the darkness would never have returned. Some claimed the shadows hiding under the water, while others whined about scary people who filled the night air. Even the bravest of them refused to bring her closer, especially on full moon nights.
4 Curious Journalist One day, Rudra, a young and ambitious journalist, arrives in Botra. He heard rumors about the cursed pond and tried to reveal the truth. In contrast to the villagers, he did not believe in ghosts or curses. For him, every secret had a logical explanation.
decided to study the research that Rudra spent the day talking to the villagers.
The old lady warned him: "You should not go near the pond, boy. It is cursed. The spirit will not take kindness to strangers."
Another villager in the 1950s, a man in the 1950s added: Please do not. "
But Rudra released her fear. He was sure there was a reasonable cause behind the disappearance - perhaps even a quicksand, wildlife, or human foul. The air was thick in silence, merely passing through the far hallways of the owls. Arrives at the pond as Rudra, and he feels an unnatural cold in the air. The water was quiet, reflecting the full moon like a dark mirror. He turned on the camera and started picking it up.
"This is Rudra. This is reported from the infamous cursed pond in Botra. Many legends surround this place, but tonight I am aiming to find the truth. "
when he finished speaking, waves disturbed the surface of the pond.
4 Rudra frowned.
His breath was caught around his neck. He wielded his flashlight around, but no one was there.
Then he saw something from the corner of his eye. A barely visible shadow moved under the water. It looked...female.
He approached and ended his mind. The shadows became more clear. A pale face emerged from the water - his eyes were hollow, his mouth was slightly open with a whisper.
Rudra shot her cold skeletal hand from the pond and reached her ankles!
He cried, stumbling backwards, and stepped into his hand. However, the handle was strong and brought it closer to water. He was slumped on the scene and desperately released himself.
Then the whispers turned into a heartbreaking, sad cry that echoed all night.
On the last hopeless train, Rudra broke freely and left the pond. He snapped in the air, and he turned around. The
number is gone. The pond was once again.
Forgotten History
is frightened but resolved, but Rudra checks the camera shots. What she saw sent Schauer down his spine- The camera grabbed the shadow figure, her hands reached out, her face filled with sadness. He knew he had to get the answer.
At dawn, he rushed to the village leader, an old man named Harinath. His head turned pale when Rudra explained what had happened.
The old man sighed deeply.
"You saw her... Princess of Sadness."
Harinath told him a story buried deep in the history of the village.
In the 4th century, villages were ruled by powerful kings. His daughter, Princess Murinani, fell in love with a poor farmer named Arun. However, when the king discovered his secret meeting near the pond, he flew into anger.
On a stormy night, the king's soldiers captured Arun and were drowned in the pond so that his body would never be found. Mrinalini stood on the edge of the water with a broken heart and called out his lover's name. When the answer did not come, she entered the pond...and never showed up again.
From that night, her spirit had remained locked up, longing for her lost love. Anyone who approached the pond was either taken by her, or her sadness was driven by her. Last warning: Rudra's blood got cold. Has he barely escaped the Princess' understanding?
The
Village boss packed his hands.
"Leave this place, Rudra. Take the film material, but don't tell the world. It's better to forget some things. "
but Rudra was a journalist. The world had to know the truth.
But then... something strange happens.
Mysterious disappearances of
per week after the article was published.
His apartment was empty. His phone is on his desk and is still open to the last message he entered, but never sent:
"Whisper... They're back. She'll call me."
There were no traces of him.
Returning to Botra, the villagers whispered to each other:
"The princess took him. He should have heard."
And that night, under the light of the full moon, the surface of the pond was once again enveloped.
It was like someone... Finally I went home.
