It was said to be visited by the ghost of a woman who was always heard crying, indeed though no bone had ever seen her. The structure had a dark history, and numerous had rumored about the strange circumstances that took place within its walls. Despite the rumors, there were still a many stalwart souls who dared to call the Dakota their home.
