Lead Us Into Temptation
Shiloh was dangerously close to hyperventilating. The staggered gasps were nearly louder than the stumbling, wobbly sprint down the dark hallway of the abandoned home. Glancing back briefly over her shoulder, she almost slipped on an accent rug casually placed at the clawed feet of a table placed before the giant window- the fork in the road, as it were; head swinging wildly back and forth in indecision, the light from a candle in a window just to the left glinted off the blood on the slips of skin bared in the gashes of her sweater, and off the face of a very old-fashioned wristwatch.

The Rocking Chair
The Rocking Chair Inspired by real Events I was 19 years old when I got my first apartment. I was in my second trimester of pregnancy both nervous and excited as I was very young and inexperienced in the world. My place was a small first floor unit in a commercial building with one other apartment on the second floor. The remainder of the space was home to a used car dealership. There was no yard just a lot with second hand cars for sale.

The Frozen Lovers
A few days before Christmas 1850, a small boat dropped anchor off Jameson’s Point near Rockland, Maine. The captain was not on board; rumor had it that he had gone ashore for a drink, and not his first, and that the schooner’s owners had fired him for his hard-drinking ways. Whatever the reason, the boat was lacking a captain.

Guides in the Snow
It was just a couple days before Christmas, 1860. Dr. John O’Brien, a country doctor practicing in rural Missouri, had just sat down to supper with his wife, Elizabeth. The meal Elizabeth had made was perfect fare for a cold, blustery winter’s night—hot fried chicken, buttery mashed potatoes, and bread fresh out of the oven. But Dr. O’Brien could only pick at his food.

The Name of the Job
His hands shake as he reaches for the glass bottle. Auburn looking liquid splashes around, hypnotizing him with its circular motions. Ringing sounds in his ear as the horrid sounds of screaming, crying, and eventual death flood his memory like a slasher movie stays with you. A chill passes through him as he twists the cap off and takes a swig of his whiskey. That’s when the ringing stops, the crying fades, and a voice one single voice comes into clarity.

Face to face with the Sea
The sound of an alarm woke Tom up from his sleep. He sighed and rolled over to reach out for his phone to hit snooze. As he opened his eyes, confusion hit. That wasn't the sound of his phone alarm, he thought. That alarm was something different.

My Supernatural Experiences
I have a sprit in my room at my parent's house. His name is Billy Ghost, and he's not harmful in the slightest, but he is super annoying. He would always change the direction of air flow on my air conditioner to blow on me after I turned it the other way. Like I said, super annoying, how did Billy come into my life you may ask, well, I'm not 100% sure on that, but I do have a theory or two.

Tempting the Devil
It was a clear beautiful morning in Mexico and two brothers were eagerly awaiting the end to another long week. All day they kept thinking of what fun they would have after their hard days work was done and the best idea they had was to go and have a beer at the local cantina. Of course, this is what they did every Friday night and it seemed to fit the bill but this night was one that would remain burned in their memory forever.
