The cold Hand
This may have happened when I was about 8 years old. These things happen to children more often than not, but I believe that this happened to me because I was always afraid of the dark. It was a summer night just like any other summer, the temperature was warm is I only used a light blanket to cover myself. You know when you wake up in the middle of night for no reason at all? That’s when it happened.

"Cabin Horror Escape Story"
It was a typical Friday evening when a group of five friends, Karen, Ryan, Michael, Emily, and Brad, decided to take a weekend trip to a secluded cabin in the woods. They had heard about the cabin from a mutual friend and were excited for a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some quality time together.

"The Mysterious Package: A Twin's Reunion"
It was a typical Wednesday evening when I heard the familiar hum of a drone flying overhead. I stepped outside to see a small, sleek machine lowering a package onto my front porch before quickly flying off into the distance. I couldn't help but feel a sense of intrigue and excitement as I walked over to inspect the package. It was wrapped in plain brown paper, with no return address or any indication of who it could be from.

Ghosts of Ogrodzieniec Castle in Poland
What is it about old castle ruins that attract ghosts? Other than the obvious, of course—that castle ruins are just awesome. There's usually some story of an apparition, a strange beast, local legends of orbs or lights, or odd encounters with people who seem to be from another time period. Let's take a trip to Poland, to a small town called Ogrodzieniec, where a ghostly black dog (and maybe a few other spirits) haunts the ruins of a 14th-century castle.

Missing You Comes in Waves
“Hello darling. I miss you more than you could ever know. It’s been two years and I still think about you every day. Some days are better than others. There are times when I can go out and laugh and finally live again. Then there are days where it takes everything I’ve got just to get out of bed.” I stared out across the empty, gray lake which expanded nearly as far as the eye could see. The faint outline of the pines was barely visible on the horizon. Despite the howling wind, the water appeared motionless. It was eerie how dead the lake felt, but I guess that was fitting in a way. I wiped another tear from my cheek.
