Molly has returned home!

The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window”. Molly had awakened with a jolt it was like something was calling her, but she had no idea what it was in her dream she could see this candle burning. It was a very old, dilapidated cabin like it had been there for a very long time from a long time ago when things in the world we're much eviler and not as simple as they were for her today. She had been having this dream for years every since she was five years old. She did not know why she had this dream, but she knew there was something dark and sinister there something that called to her something that made her question her reality. And she could feel it the darkness it's surrounded her.

Molly and her mother had just moved to the wonderful town of Longhorn Colorado. Molly was a very curious 13-year-old girl. One day she decided to take a walk in the woods she was checking out all the beautiful mountains and trees the wonderful animals that lived in Colorado which was so different from her Midwest home in Iowa. There was beautiful brooks and streams, she could stay lost in this forest all day long. But as she walked, she felt this growing urge to run but she didn't know why. She shrugged it off as most teenagers do and she continued on her path looking at all the beauty around her. Then she spotted her this woman in all white calling her almost like a whisper Molly, come to me Molly, she was not sure what this was, but she felt that it was not safe, and it reminded her of her dream that she had been having for years it felt dark and sinister just like her dream. She continued to walk down the path and she spotted it the cabin the same cabin that had been in her dream for years the same place with the candle burning in the window like it was calling to her like it was begging her to come and see it.

But how could she be called by a cabin a place that was so familiar, but she had never been there. This cabin that had been in her dreams for years became something of nightmares became something that she just had to see. She had to know what it was that was calling her from the darkness in this forest. As she got closer to the cabin, she could feel the darkness growing she could feel it calling her lulling her trying to get her to come to it. It was as if she stepped into another dimension nothing felt right, there was no birds singing she didn't see any more animals all she seen was this cabin.

The woman in the window who was she? Molly seen her in the forest not too long ago and now she could see her standing at a window in this cabin she had never seen this woman before not even in her nightmares or her dreams. What was it that this woman was trying to tell her? Why did she feel such a strong urge to go to this cabin. The darkness inside of her grew the closer that she got to the cabin, but she did not understand it and even though it was darkness and even though it was something of her nightmares she just had to know. She walked up on the porch, the boards creaking like nobody had stood there in years. There were spider webs everywhere, for her this wasn't a big deal because she liked animals, bugs and all kinds of creepy Crawley's, people had always thought she was strange for that, but that was just who she was. She tried the door handle, and it was open. So, she slowly walked through the door the moment that she stepped inside she could feel her heart pounding in her chest like it was going to just jump right out she could feel it inside her soul that this was a very dark place and that she was not sure she should be there. But something called to her again “Molly” come to me “Molly” “Molly”. She did not know what this was calling her, but she knew that she had to find out as she entered into the living room it was strange because it looked like people had been living there. It looked like it was a home the carpet was a ugly brown the couch was grey the walls where a rusty color. There was very old lighting and the chimney looked like it had been used not too long ago. It was strange the way this cabin looked it looked nothing like the outside the inside would make you think that it was safe that this was an OK place to be.

She decided to walk up the stairs and with each step all she could hear was creaking as if the nails were going to break and the boards were going to fall right from under her feet. Step Creek, step Creek, step Creek, that's all she heard. As she got to the top of the stairs there were four doors and a landing. She could see the light glowing from under the door all the way in the back on the right, but she wanted to see what was in the other room's first, so she opens the door on the left first, it was a child's room lots of cobwebs it looked like nobody had been there in a long time. She wandered around this child's room touching everything in it and still the dark feeling continued to grow, but it was an odd feeling again she felt like she was in a familiar place a place she had been before. It was a strange feeling like DeJa'Vu she didn't really understand it, but it felt so familiar to her. And then all of a sudden, the door slammed! She could hear footsteps outside the door. She got very scared she wasn't sure what to do she tried to go out the window, but she could not, when she opened the curtain there was bars on the window. So, she decided to hide behind the bedroom door and crouched down and waited until the noise was gone. It was an awful noise step drag, step drag, step drag, as if something was being dragged behind somebody who was walking. When she was sure the noise was gone, she opened the door and started to run toward the stairs, and something stopped her it was the woman in white she floated past her gently touched her face and lead her to the other room. she opened the door to the room with the light under the door the room with the candle in the window.

There was blood everywhere it was very terrifying, she didn't know what to do or to think she was very scared she seen the blood and she wanted to run she wanted to run as far away as she could from that cabin from all the evil sinister things that was there, she really didn't know what had happened here, but she knew that it was bad very very bad. As she ran out of the room, she stopped in the hallway it was as if something was keeping her there like it was her home a place she had been before she didn't know exactly what was happening, or why she felt this way, but she knew that it was not good.

All of the sudden it was like she was watching a movie like she was watching something happen right before her very eyes, but she wasn't even there. It was the woman in white she had ran past her and ran down the stairs and a man chased her a very tall dark man a very angry man. He followed her down the stairs and Molly followed as well, no one could see her it was like she wasn't there these spirits that filled this home. As she followed the man and the woman as the woman ran into the kitchen, she tried to get out the back door, but the man would not let her, he threw her against the wall, slapped her a few times and then walked into the living room mummering to himself I told you little lady I told you. And he sat down as if nothing happened. The stench of beer that came from his mouth was overwhelming.

She knew the smell very well because her mother drank beer all the time this was supposed to be a new start for her and her mother, but she never quite felt right with her mother. She never felt that her and her mother had an attachment. She never felt that they were bonded together like a mother and daughter should be. She always felt out of place with her mother. As Molly stood there watching this movie that was unfolding before her eyes, she seen the woman in white her face was covered in blood. She ran up the stairs and into the baby's room and grabbed the baby out of the bed and ran back down the stairs and out of the cabin. She ran to the road, and she placed the baby there next to the road in the bushes, just then the tall man grabbed her from behind and dragged her back to the cabin. Telling her I told you if you don't stop if you try to run away, I was going to kill you. You didn't listen to me now you will die you will pay the price for not being a Good Wife. Molly screamed in horror as the man picked her up by her throat and smashed her head into the wall. The man drug her lifeless body across the floor and said this is where you belong so this is where you'll stay.

Then the man stood up and turned to Molly and said it's about time you returned home girl! I'm going to kill you like I killed your worthless mother, I told her with the candle burning in the window you would return one day and when you returned, I was going to do to you the same thing that I had done to her.

Molly got very scared, and she turned around and ran down the stairs. She ran through the living room and out the front door. She got out to the side of the road and that's when she seen it, a woman had pulled over seeing the baby in the bushes on the side of the road and picked her up. Oh my God it was her mother! But wait how could that be her mother if the woman had taken her out of the house and placed her next to the road. The woman in white that was her mother she must have taken Molly there when she was a baby to keep her safe from her evil father. Now he wants to kill her like he killed her mother. Molly ran fiercely through the forest, but it was as if she couldn't go nowhere, it was as if she was running in place. The woman in white came running to her and told her to come with me I am your mother you belong here this is your home. Molly now was more frightened than ever because this woman wanted her to die this woman wanted her to stay there with her and all she could think to herself was” I'm only 13 years old I have a long life ahead of me and I have to do everything I can to get away. For the first time in her life, she understood why she always felt this calling, she always felt like she didn't belong. The tall dark man was chasing her he kept calling to her Molly sweetheart come to daddy I promise it'll only hurt a little bit. She ran as fast as she could as hard as she could, but she seemed like she was moving so slowly like time had almost stopped.

Then Molly seen them the headlights, she ran towards the headlights as if it was her saving grace her way out. When she got to the headlights her mother got out of the car and ran to her and hugged her and said ‘Molly’ what are you doing its midnight where have you been? I've been so worried about you. She screamed and told her mother that they needed to hurry to get in the car they needed to leave that her father was after her and that he was going to kill her.

Molly's mother stopped and looked molly in the face and said I knew this day would come. She held her hand softly and told her not to worry that this is where she belongs this is where she's always belonged and before she could do anything about it her mother handed her to the tall dark man. The evil man drug her through the forest back to the cabin and told her this is where you belong, and this is where you will stay. She screamed and begged her father to let her go. But he began to bang her head into the floor like he did her mother and then he choked the life out of her.

As molly's lifeless body was laying on the floor, she could see herself laying there again as if she was in a movie covered in blood her life was over. She had returned to where she had come from stuck in this hell this old miserable cabin. The light no longer burned in the window because Molly had returned home there was no need for it to burn any longer.
