Hostel Stories:

Most of us are staying in a hostel for our studies and work.

Every hostel has at least one ghost story which may be true or the rumours. But when we hear these stories, it seems interesting and we feel the presence of ghosts even though nothing is there. Some will say

"no ghost in the world it's just an imagination".

At some event, the stories make us believe the ghost.

The Ghost In Hostel(based on a real incident):

In my hostel, there are 3 floors.The college is going to be reopened. So the first-year hostel students came to the hostel. One week they enjoyed staying in a hostel and making new friends. One Sunday night, a girl played with her friends and went to sleep in her room and opened her room's window. After she slept, She felt that someone knocking on her room's door. She opened the door but no one is there other than a cat. She thought that is her imagination and she closed the door. After closed the door, again she heard that someone is knocking but her roommates asked that no one is knocking on the door why are you opening the door? She said that she has been heard someone knocking on the door. Then she thought that is her imagination and she went to sleep. The next morning around 3 am she woke up and drank water. After drinking water, she saw the window and she felt someone roaming and suddenly she saw the girl wearing a nighty(kind of night dress) with long thick black hair floating in the air. After seeing this, She got fear and started shouting. Her friends woke up and make her feel comfortable. After 30 mins, she slept and the next morning they complained to the warden, the girl suffered from fever and went home.

After one week the hostel warden woke up at 3 in the morning for walking. She saw the ghost wearing the nighty with long thick black hair standing on the opposite block. When the staff watched the ghost it moved towards her. No one is on the ground other than the cat. The staff started running to her room and the cat also followed her. She told all the other staff but no one believed. One of the staff told the girl to go home was also said the same identity. After 1 week she resigned from her job but we were happy because the mam who resigned from the job was strict. We thanked the ghost (JFF). Then everything went normal. Some students woke up and started roaming in the ground to see the ghost but no one saw the ghost.

By hearing these stories I and my friends did not believe these stories. We started mocking them.

After 6 months, One of my friends sleeps in her room. She heard the voice of the cat around 2 am so she woke up and searched for a cat but the cat was not there. Then after 5 mins, she heard a cat sound from her roommate. Her roommate sounds like a cat. She got fear and she turned and she saw the ghost wearing the nighty with long thick black hair which was the same identity said by the first-year student and the warden. The ghost is standing near her bed. She woke up her other roommate and She started crying. After waking up her roommate the ghost was not there. Then she slept by joining the cart with her roommate. Then the next morning, she asked her roommate who makes the sound like a cat that why did you sound like a cat last night? She said I don't know. I didn't remember anything.

Then my friend told us all this happened last night. We shook and complained to the warden. They said it may be your imagination. We said nothing and came back to our room because before my friend saw the ghost we also said that it was their imagination and teased them.

We asked our floor in charge whether any mam in the hostel grows or feeds the cat. She said ,"YES, 8 years ago a mam feed the cat daily which is in our hostel she loves the cat very much". We asked for her identity She said, "She always wore a nighty from evening to night and she has long thick hair" which matches all the 3 cases that happened in our hostel. We asked, "Now, where is she?". She replied that she died 5 years ago in an accident.

We just guessed that the ghost was the mam who feeds the cat 8 years ago. Every student in the hostel believed this story. Nobody knows the truth.

Every hostel has ghost stories. This is the ghost story of my hostel. It has no end ☻.
