A Crazy Story

Cyrus Sullivan peered in at Josie Baxter, Tyler Baxter’s mother as she washed the dishes. He felt the bulge in his pants grow larger as he watched her pendulous breasts rock back and forth as she scrubbed the marinara sauce from the plate. The yellow gloves glistened from the soapy water. Steam rose from the water as it gushed from the faucet. Cyrus hugged himself as the chill from the October night clung to his bones. Cyrus wondered what he would do if Tyler found out he was spying on his mother.

Cyrus took his leave and headed back to his trailer. There was a sliver of a white moon. Up in Tyler bedroom he had some soft music playing as he read from his Chemistry textbook. His eyelids drooped as sleep threatened to overtake him.

He let out a yawn and carried his textbook over to his bed. As soon as his head hit the pillow he was asleep. His book rested comfortably on his chest. A poster hung above his bed. It featured a bikini-clad girl holding a football. The football and the bikini were both white. The girl featured on the poster had curly blonde hair and green eyes.

This served in stark contrast to Amber, Tyler’s girlfriend, a busty, slender brunette, evocative of the actress Andi Matichak. There was a knock on the door. Josie entered. She walked over to the bed and covered her son with a blanket. She turned off the desklamp before exiting her son’s room.

The next day, Tyler walked to campus. The red, veiny leaves shook a bit in the light breeze. It had rained a couple of hours before and Tyler could smell it. That smell made him nostalgic. He remembered sitting on the front porch with his dad and listening to and watching the rain-as they gently rocked back and forth on the porch swing.

Tyler’s father passed away when Tyler was just ten years old. He fought back the urge to cry. “Nine years later, why is it still this hard?” He thought.

Loretta Swift strutted down the halls of Crescent Valley High as if she owned the school. Her red hair was pulled back into a sporty ponytail. She wore blue jeans and a pink top and jacket. All the male gazes turned, including that of Cyrus, who was working as a janitor at the school. Cyrus had a smile on his face because today happened to be Loretta’s eighteenth birthday.
