Chapter 4

Nia suggested that they should not go there for few days. Carlos was shocked at her words and said, “I thought you like adventures, in fact probably more than me”. Nia, “I do but, this could be more dangerous that anything we have done so far”. Carlos, “Let’s go there again tonight and if something happened, we would just run from there.”

Same night both of them went to the school and without wasting any time they went to the second floor where they had left their investigation. Carlos, “Let’s directly go to terrace”. Nia, “sure.” Both of them slowly started walking on the second floor. They observed every room from the outside and slowly made their way to the third floor. Carlos went towards the corridor window and saw the other blocks of the school from there. He carefully looked over all the buildings. There were four more buildings beside the main building in which Carlos and Nia were investigating the paranormal activities. All four building are almost similar in size only the main building had more floors. Nia said, “looking at the structure, it looks like almost all the buildings are connected to each other from different directions and from stairs too.” Carlos, “Yes, you are right if keep moving on this floor we’ll probably able to go to the next block of the school. Now let’s go to terrace.”

As they were about to climb the stairs again the heard the similar sounds like yesterday from second floor. Carlos looked at his digital watch and said, “I think yesterday at this time only, we saw that vision or whatever...” Nia, “if our hypothesis is correct this phenomenon happens daily like a cycle or a curse maybe.”Soon they went from third floor to the terrace. It was almost nighttime, both of them roamed on the terrace for a while and then started looking down on the school campus. Carlos suddenly felt a chill it was similar to the feeling he felt on the second day when Nia and Carlos were about to leave the school.

Carlos said in a low voice, “every time we come to this school something different happened, I mean on the first day we ran before even making to the first floor and next day only we made to the second floor. And now I felt the same as last time how I stopped you from going down from the second floor for some time.”

Nia, “Yeah, only that vision was the same, but we can’t be sure about that either as we were already on the third floor by that time. There is only one way to confirm this going to the ground floor stairs and climbing it to the first floor at nighttime.”

Carlos, “I guess maybe coming in the evening made all the difference instead of night. I feel fine now and it is already nighttime we should hurry back to the ground floor.” Going down they didn’t feel any distressed. After reaching the ground floor Carlos said in a confused voice, “I observed that the main building of school is connected to other buildings different floors but why wasn’t any route connecting other buildings to the second and first floors. The we should have seen the structure of stairs or maybe other ways for going to the next building. But both the corridors clearly ended.” Nia, “Let’s just go the first floor for now as it is the same time as when we first visited and then we will observe the school structure from the outside and click some pictures”.

Both of them slowly started climbing the stairs…..
