Best friends night Scary story

This story takes place on October,10,2018

My best friend Bella and I hadn’t seen each other for about a year as Bella, has a baby. Bella has texted me saying she was in my area, and wanted to spend time with me.

We met up at 12:00pm in the afternoon, She brought her daughter along. We walked around for hours, and played at the park. Around 7:00 we went to McDonald’s for supper. Bella and I had decided to take the night as a best friend night. Bella texted her parents to see if they could babysit they said yes.

“This is where the story gets creepy.”

Bella and I dropped her daughter off at her parents and got in the car and went to the next town over for the fireworks and watch the stars and look down at entire city. Bella and I had been sitting there till about 5am, we Hurd foot steps from behind us, as we looked behind us nothing and no one was there. Other than the forest behind us. we immediately got in the car. Bella turned the headlights on. And we saw this man dressed in black with a white T-shirt covered in blood. We screamed to the top of our lungs to the point where we felt sick. Just before Bella turned the headlights off we saw a gun in the mans left hand. Bella stepped on the gas and ran the man over. We got out and the man was knocked out so we thought, when I ran over to grab the gun with my sweater so his fingerprints would be the only one on it. No sooner did I pick it up and turned around the man grabbed my leg I managed to escape and get back in the car tell Bella to “DRIVE” we made it to the highway and I called the cops as Bella was driving, we made it to town and got to the police station and give them the gun to see if the man was in the system. Turns out the man was charged with murder in first degree murder, that escaped from prison 5 months Prior.

The police later found the man hiding in the woods in a bridge tunnel. Where they discovered 6 body’s of men and women. The man was than charged and arrested.

I am so horrified for myself and Bella, as Bella Has a 1 year old daughter and Is a single mother and the fauther is unknown. we could have been this mans next victims. I’m so glade we’re safe.

Bella and I are still close till this day we’re 2020. We spend ever day together since then. Thank you.
