BERMUDA TRIANGLE

It is one of the most captivating and eerie locations on Earth. Vessels and aircraft disappear without a trace, radios and compasses cease to function, and some even claim to have witnessed unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in the area. I am referring not only to the infamous Bermuda Triangle but also to a collection of eleven other enigmatic points known as the Vile Vortices. So, what exactly are these vortices, and how do they originate?

To gain insight into these phenomena, we turn to Ivan T. Sanderson, a writer, biologist, and avid enthusiast of the paranormal and unexplained during the 1950s and 1960s. Sanderson is credited with coining the term "Vile Vortices." Throughout his travels, he meticulously documented his experiences, paying close attention to locations where the most peculiar and unexplained incidents occurred, particularly those involving disappearing ships and other unexplained occurrences. In total, he charted twelve such places scattered across the globe. Notably, six of these vortices align almost perfectly along the Equator, with the remaining six located below and above it. The Bermuda Triangle: Undoubtedly the most infamous among the twelve, also known as the Devil's Triangle, the Bermuda "vortex" has been associated with mysterious happenings for centuries. You may have heard of incidents involving ships like Rosalie and Ellen Austin in the 19th century. The former was discovered entirely empty yet undamaged, while the latter encountered a derelict ship. When crew members from the Ellen Austin investigated the abandoned vessel, they vanished without a trace. The list of lost ships and aircraft in this region continues to grow. Various theories, including wormholes to other dimensions and gateways to the underworld, have been proposed to explain the anomalies in this area. Additionally, the presence of methane gas often creates dense fog, making navigation challenging. The question of why no traces are left behind remains unanswered.

The Algerian Megaliths: These megaliths, constructed by the ancient Zingh Empire, serve as burial grounds and represent architectural marvels of a highly advanced civilization from a time when modern technology was absent. However, flying over this portion of the Sahara Desert often results in individuals never returning. Compasses spin erratically, and electronic devices malfunction in this area. Witnesses report a heavy and dark aura enveloping the region upon entering, inducing an instant feeling of unease.

Mohenjo-Daro: Located in Pakistan, Mohenjo-Daro is an archaeological site dating back to 2500 BCE, belonging to the Indus Valley Civilization. This remarkably advanced society exhibited sophisticated building techniques and urban planning. However, the mysterious demise of its inhabitants remains a puzzle. The remains found at the site suggest a sudden and collective demise, attributable to theories such as natural disasters, invasions by neighboring empires, or even wrathful deities. Unfortunately, conclusive evidence remains elusive.

The Dragon's Triangle: Situated off the coast of Japan, the Dragon's Triangle, also known as the Devil's Sea, is home to an underwater city referred to as Japan's Atlantis. Similar to other vortices, this location displays signs of ancient civilizations constructing exceptionally precise architecture. However, due to the numerous disappearances of planes and ships in the Pacific's Bermuda Triangle, Japanese authorities have declared the area too hazardous for exploration.

The Hamakulia Volcano: Found in the Ring of Fire, the Hamakulia Volcano in Hawaii is regarded with great reverence by locals due to its reputed mysterious powers. Testimonies include reports of strange electrical energy in the vicinity and even sightings of planes disappearing from radar before one's eyes.

Easter Island: Traveling south of the Equator, we encounter Easter Island, one of the most remote places on Earth, situated in Polynesia. This island is famous for nearly 900 massive Moai statues crafted by the Rapa Nui people. These statues, weighing up to 90 tons each, pose a perplexing question: How did the civilization transport and erect them over several centuries from 1400 to 1650? While some outlandish theories attribute the statues' creation to extraterrestrial involvement, it is more likely that the Rapa Nui employed a different, albeit arduous, method, such as employing human labor.
