No one lived in room 313.

The guests always stayed at night, pale and trembling, refusing to explain why. The others just disappeared.

Firelight Inn embedded at the edge of the Forgotten forest was wearing his age like a ghost whisper. The old wallpaper peeled off like skin and groaned under the board. However, it was Room 313 that even the rats avoided this wing.

---

Enter: Ava Holloway.

Ava was not afraid of spirits. As a documentary filmmaker fascinated by urban legends, she built up her supporter by publishing "ghosts" as a joke.

"This room is my next video," she told the innkeeper, an old man named Greaves.

"Room 313 ...Is that true?"

"Positive."

He did not argue. He gave her the key and said, "If you ask after midnight... don't answer. The first is not true. Not the second. Only the third."

AVA raised an eyebrow. "This is oddly specific."

Graces didn't laugh.

Day 1: Arrival

Room 313 was cold. Not cold -Unnatural Cold. As if in a freezer filled with forgotten screams. Ava set up the camera equipment, tested the microphone, and started a video blog.

“Room 313. Legend says those who have fled or disappeared. Tonight we know why. "

She laughed, but it sounded hollow for her.

1. solid. knock.

She's frozen.

"It must be sadness that will scare me," she muttered.

She couldn't open it.

12:16pm, another knock.

This time 2. big.

AVA has happened, cameras are available, adrenaline race. From the phole: Nothing.

She still opened the door.

The corridor was empty - except for one thing.

An old, rusty single key lies on the floor.

Room 313 already had a key. What is it open?

---

Day 2: Secret Deep

She looked up the key. It was marked with the number "13" instead of 313. Only 13.

"There is no room 13," she whispered. Like most hotels, Fairlight skipped it.

She asked her husband the next morning. "There was room 13 before," he said. "It was sealed after the fire."

"Which fire?"

He did not answer, just turn around and mix.

Tonight, she installed movement sensors on the door. She held the key to the bedside table.

12:06 PM- Knock.

12:16 p.m. - Two knocks.

at 12:26. - Three. boom. boom.

The only doors were . , but nothing stood there. Just the hallway.

And the other side... Something new. A door that wasn't there before.

Dark cracked wood. Number 13Burning in the center.

Day 3: Room 13

Ava knew that every part of her body was screaming.

Camera rolling, hand keys, it approached room 13. The hallways felt like they were endless now. Time is getting late. The light flickers.

She put the key into the castle.

Click.

Doors have been opened.

Dust danced in the air. I was caught in the room within the time limit. The furniture burned halfway through. The wallpaper sank. A teddy bear was sitting on the bed.

AVA enters and door hit

Her camera raided. The air has become thicker. Then she looked in the mirror.

was engraved with black ash. Stand behind her.

She turned - nothing.

Then came the whisper.

"Three knocks... set them freely." What she thought was cooled to the bone:

1931: A girl named Elsie burned alive in Room 13 after her parents locked her in as punishment.

They knocked. One time. Two times. Three times.

No answer. There is no forgiveness.

She died and cried behind this door.

You say your mind knocks three times a night and tries to escape...and the person who opens the door with the third blow will become your new prison.

Day: Breaking the Cycle AVA woke up and kept watching, film and heart races. 12:06 a.m.-Knock.

She recorded the key.

12:16 p.m. - Two knocks.

She whispered: "Not this time."

12:26 Morning - 3 knocks.

, but it didn't work.

Instead of pointing the camera towards the door. The handle itself turns out.

The door has opened... revealed her. Little girl. My hair is crushed, my skin burns, and my eyes glow. She didn't speak. She just reached out.

"I am not your prison," he whispered.

And she returned to the instead of the forward.

The girl hesitated. Then a nodded...and faded.

---

Day 5: No longer

Room 13 the next morning was gone again.

Greave smiled for the first time. "Did she let go?"

"I think so," Ava said.

"But you... did you stay beyond the third knock?"

Ava nodded.

"You broke the cycle," he said. "No one has done it before."

Epilogue: Viral Terror Abus documentary, Millions of people saw it. Some called it wrong. Others claimed that after seeing it, they would hear the blow at their home.

But ava?

She never spins another horror film again.

Sometimes...When the clock is beat 12:06 a.m. She hears it.

Knock.

And she wonders if the cycle is really over.
