Who Is the Strongest Avenger

One of the most debated topics regarding Marvel is who is the strongest of Earth's Mightiest. Although some of the Avengers have gone head to head with each other, this is still one of the most debated topics in Superhero history. Here is the power ranking for the Avengers.

Hawkeye

Hawkeye, although one of the important Avengers is undoubtedly not the most powerful. He played a crucial rule in keeping the team together, and fighting some of the most powerful villains in the universe, but against the Avengers themselves, he may not be as effective.

Black Widow

Black Widow is a powerful, intelligent, and effective S.H.I.E.L.D agent who has not only held her own against some of the toughest villains the Avengers could face, but has also taken on some of Marvel's greatest heroes and villains throughout her career as a spy. If her competition was not the Avengers, she should be higher up on this list.

Falcon

Being trained by Captain America, and having a super suit definitely puts you a rank above most, thus giving Falcon this spot on the list. The only reason why he is not higher is because, throughout the Avengers franchise, he has not proven his ability to be successful alone, and often needs the help of other Avengers.

Spider-Man

Although a teenager, and one of the newest members of the Avengers Spider-Man is often able to hold his own, not only with his own movies, but against some major villains and some of the other Avengers. The only reason why he is not higher on this list like he should be, is because the Spider-Man in the Avenger's franchise is not as experienced compared to most of the other Avengers.

Ant Man

Ant-Man is one of the most powerful and underrated heroes in the Avengers. He is able to travel through dimensions and molecules, while also growing so giant he can just stomp on his enemies. The only thing holding him back is his need for the suit as he is useless without it.

Black Panther

Black Panther's immense knowledge of martial arts, and his powerful, indestructible, and futuristic suit is what brings him so high on this list. T'Challa has an extraordinary amount of technology and weapons along with a whole army on his side, making him a huge threat to whoever he faces.

Captain America

It is not a coincidence that the first Avenger is also one of the most powerful, Cap's experience and leadership skills make him a major threat to anyone fighting him. Super strength and athleticism, along with his indestructible shield helps too.

Iron Man

Iron Man is not only one of the most important Avengers, but is one of the most intelligent as well. His powerful army of diverse suits are able to take on a variety of foes. To add, his constant upgrades, and Jarvis giving him a breakdown of all his enemies and their conditions gives him a major advantage over many of his opponents.

Hulk

Hulk's amazing power and indestructibility makes him more than a handful for anyone unlucky enough to face him. The other factor that holds him over the top is the intelligence of Bruce Banner, and Bruce's ability to control both his own intellect and Hulk's strength.

Thor

Of course the God of Thunder is undoubtedly extremely powerful. His strength, hammer, and god powers make him a worthy enemy for almost anyone. Thor proved his strength on many occasions including his fight against Thanos in Avengers: End Game and Hulk in Thor: Ragnorok. Thor's given powers and experience in the battlefield ultimately make him Earth's Mightiest Hero.
