Welcome to the 'Hazbin Hotel'
It's one hell of a hotel

Let's check in the Hazbin Hotel.
I got a link from a friend on Facebook about a show in the process at the time called the Hazbin Hotel. It's a web-series on YouTube, about Charlie, a demon born in Hell who also happens to be the princess of Hell, and the daughter of the devil. Who tries to help the citizens of Hell control the overpopulation in Hell by trying to get everyone in Hell to work towards redemption as an alternative to the cleansing that happens every year. I read on the Fandom page that heaven helps with the cleansing of Hell and taking the already dead demons. The series was created, directed, and produced by Vivienne Medrano. If you would like to check out her YouTube channel check it out, it's called Vivziepop.
The pilot episode called "That's Entertainment" aired on October 28, 2019. But just because it's an animated musical doesn't mean it's kid-friendly; there are adult humor, profanity, and a whole lot of sex jokes. The one with the biggest potty mouth is called "Angel Dust," and yes, he's called "Angel Dust," he does drugs and is a porn star demon that is a spider who happens to be gay; he's pink and white striped with a black bloodshot eye. The second character who is just as crazy as Angel Dust is the one called Vaggie. She is a slim gray moth-like demon with some pink and gray stripes both on her right arm and leg, and she is the love interest of Charlie.
Then there is "The Radio Demon," Alister, a high level, which is a mortal soul. In some unknown way, he began to topple demon overlords that were in control for centuries in Hell. But Alister got the upper hand within decades. Alister wants to show off his mojo; he would broadcast his carnage over the radio so everyone could witness his killing. Which is how Alister got his nickname "The Radio Demon" In Vaggie's own words, "As lazy as that is."
The reason I feel in love with this cartoon is because of the protagonist Charlie, who, despite being the daughter of the devil, believes there is still good in demons and can be rehabilitated. The Antagonist who is Alister, aka "The Radio Demon," only agreed to help Charlie run the Happy hotel just because he was bored and for entertainment. (Towards the end Alister changes the sign to read the "Hazbin Hotel".) His exact words were, "he wants to watch the scum of the world struggle to climb up the hill of betterment, only to repeatedly trip and tumble down to the fiery pit of failure." Because Alister believes the chance given was the life they (referring to the citizens of Hell) live before, the punishment is Hell; there is no undoing what's done. Charlie, however, disagrees with Alister, but takes his offer to help run the hotel. Thankfully, Charlie doesn't make a deal with him. Instead, she uses her royalty status by saying, "As the princess of Hell and heir to the thrown I hereby order you to help with this hotel…as long as you desire." I am on board with Charlie that a demon can be redeemed, but on the show in real life, no way in Hell!
The show gives off a Yin and Yang vibes; good vs. evil, or to put it in an ideal way fighting our inner demons in Hell to be a better person and be happy in heaven. So far, the pilot has shown much interest in YouTube. Fans are asking when episode two will to air. However, to do that, Vivziepop needs our support by sharing her channel on social media. Or the traditional word of mouth.
