Tyler Perry's WORST Films (IN MY OPINION)

Unlike Tyler Perry's good films, there are the Worst Films that he has ever made in my opinion. In this list, these are Tyler Perry films that were criticized by critics, fans, and of course myself I find the worst Tyler Perry films.

A Fall from Grace

This film was done in five days and it was a messy five-day gone bad. I don't get the opening of a middle-aged woman jumping off the roof to her death. The film had errors and every mistakes I had ever seen from the background. I didn’t like much of the acting plus I don’t understand why Cicley Tyson is in this film. Overall, the quote "Ashtray b*tch" was gold though I would give Tyler props for that but this film is a big L.

For Colored Girls

Perry directed this time not based on his plays but based on a Tony-nominated play For colored girls by Ntozake Shange. Honestly, The film was unbelievably bad even though it received huge accolades. I was upset with the scene when Ealy's character murders his kids it made him look horrible. The film was straight up tone deaf from Shange’s work and it felt like it was ignoring the concept from the play. Critics believes it could have been better if a African American female director directed the film. It would have done everything justified.

Acrimony

Honestly, I love Taraji P. Henson but seriously she is better than this. Acrimony was a fucking nightmare like seriously what was the whole point. It was pointless and confusing. Tarajis character was a horrible wife and a horrible stalker. Also she should’ve never listen to her siblings and they should stay out of her marriage.

Boo! A Madea Halloween

This film was beyond lame and not even scary. The cast of characters was pointless and lame. It seems so Disney-like for children not for adults.

Boo! 2 A Madea Halloween

This was dumb times two. Honestly, I had no idea why this film had to come back for a sequel however, it was lamer than the first one. I didn’t understand what was the point of coming back for a sequel. I hope he doesn’t get it back for the third time.

Madea's Witness Protection

This film was plain Obnoxious and lame. I was disappointed that the iconic Marla Gibbs was there for a few scenes in the film. I find it disrespectful like the legend Marla Gibbs deserved to be in more scenes in this film. She only made like a cameo appearance. However, I love that John Amos was in this film.

A Madea Christmas

The stage play version was better than this film it didn't need to be a jolly holiday film adaptation. I didn't like the whole story of this film. The film was pointless and unfunny.

A Madea's Big Happy Family

Another bad Madea film adaptation!!!!

The film was mad annoying because of Teyana Taylor's character screaming and yelling at Byron potrayed by Shad Moss aka Bow Wow was straight up annoying. I hate the way it was portrayed. Especially the ending making it worse like I don’t know why Tyler Perry had to use Maury show. Plus, this film should have adapted the material from the play.

WATCH THE PLAY, NOT THE FILM

You will thank me later if you watched the stage play version of A Madeas Big Happy Family it is way better than the film.
