The Young and the Restless Update: Audra attempts to manipulate Sally

Audra tries to influence Sally

Spoilers for The Young and the Restless indicate that Audra Charles will be in her manipulative mode again. She will push Sally Spectra to go after the job Phyllis Summers has been fired from. Ms. Charles has been evolving since she first came to Genoa City and new layers are revealed on a regular basis.

Her backstory continues to change as she meanders through GC. Initially she was the ex-girlfriend of Noah Newman who was distraught over miscarrying his baby. She was determined to win him back and kissed him in front of Allie Nguyen. Once Noah left town the narrative changed and it was revealed that Audra had a years long relationship with Tucker McCall in business and in pleasure.

Ms. Charles cannot be trusted

She was a rival of Ashley Abbott for Tucker's affection and felt she would always come in second. Audra began sleeping with Kyle Abbott and Tucker at the same time. She betrayed her boss in the Glisade deal and McCall eventually left town. She has been holding her own against Victor Newman and is now in a deal with him t break up Kyle and Claire Newman.

Her backstory went from being in love with Noah, to a past with Tucker and now having had a situationship with Holden Novak. The looks that pass between them suggest they have a secret. Lily has attempted to get answers but neither of them will talk. With all of that drama Ms. Charles tried to tell Sally what to do.

Audra only understands manipulation

Sally confides in her friend that Billy has given Phyllis an ultimatum and she wishes he had just fired her. Audra suggests Sally should play dirty to get the job that Phyllis will lose. This woman is not loyal to anyone except herself and does not mind passing along bad advice. This will be the second time she has attempted to tell Sally what to do.

To her credit Sally will say its not her style to play dirty but she is considering talking to Billy about Phyllis's vacant position. Audra only knows how to scratch and claw her way to through life. She does not understand that others don't play by her rules. She feels she can get the best of anyone and is now in a deal with Victor Newman for anew position. All she has to do is break up Kyle and Claire.

Sally and Chelsea will be working with their men

When Sally was in LA on The Bold and the Beautiful she was involved in several schemes even faking that she had a terminal illness and was dying. Sally wore pale makeup and used a walker to convince everyone she was not long for this world.

She tried to manipulate Jack Abbott when she first came to Genoa CIty and ruined Summer Newman's life. She now appears to want to change and is no longer interested in manipulating people to get her way. It would be in her best interest to talk to Billy and find out what's going on rather than do it Audra's way.

Billy told Jack that he is considering letting Phyllis go and she will not take ethsi lying down. Spoilers tease she might convince Summer to let her have Chelsea Newman's position as Chelsea is now going to work for Adam Newman.
