Who is Grace Buckingham?

Cardiologist Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) will have an urgent update about the brain tumor next week. For new B&B fans, Dr. Buckingham is a recurring character who first appeared in 2022 as the mother of Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Zoe Buckingham ( Kia Barnes), and the ex-wife of Reese Buckingham ( Wayne Brady).

After a long hiatus, Grace returned to LA in 2024 and became involved with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Buding), and offered her expertise as a cardiologist to Dr.Hayes, who initially thought she was dying Grace determined Taylor was dealing with broken heart Syndrome and would live.

Now, the cardiologist and Dr. Briget Foorrester ( Ashley Jones) have been working together to assist Liam. Fans hope she will tell Liam he has gone into remission, but spoilers say it will be the opposite. Grace is expected to announce that the tumor is growing fast, and time is short for Bill Spencer's (Don Diamont) middle son.

Liam is hiding his ilness from family members

Liam's mother Kelly Hopkins had an affair with Bill while she was married. She died of cancer off-screen and was never seen. Dollar Bill was not aware of Liam until he showed up as a adult in LA in 2010. The two have had a tumultous relationship but each knows they are loved by the other.

Neither Dollar Bill nor Liam's older brother Wyatt Spencer (Darrin Brooks) and youngest sibling Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) have no idea he is dying.Thsi perplexes fans why he is keeping it a secret yet trying to fix things between Hope and Steffy.

Liam wants peace between his baby mamas

Liam has been making amends and giving sage advice to right wrongs in the event he dies. He wants Steffy Forrester (Jackie Wood) and Hope Logan (Anikka Noelle) to forget the past and work together to raise their daughters Beth ( Jordan Lynn Ariza) and Kelly ( Sophia Paras McKinley) when he is gone.

He appologized for his mistakes with each woman and also advises Hope to reconcile with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Recently Carter misenterpreted an intimate moment between Liam and Hope, which could lead to his giving into Daphne Rose (Murrielle Hillarie), who has been after him for months. This could all work out in the long run but for now chaos might ensue.

What will Dr. Buckingham tell Liam?

Could spoilers have it wrong and Dr. Buckingham will have good news that Liam will live? Might there be a celebration rather than a funeral? If he dies Scott Clifton fans will be disappointed to lose the talented actor but some who watch B&B say they are numb where the character is concerned.
