The SEC had finally vacated the order in July 2019 by The United States SEC Release No. 86261 / July 1, 2019, Admin. Proc. File No. 3-15628 In the Matter of Daniel Imperato.
Daniel Imperato had sought SEC to vacate the order dated March 27, 2015. Based on conduct occurring before July 22, 2010, the order barred Daniel from association with any nationally recognized statistical rating agencies, including municipal advisor, municipal securities dealer, an investment advisor, or a transfer agent.
The SEC had finally vacated the order in July 2019 by The United States SEC Release No. 86261 / July 1, 2019, Admin. Proc. File No. 3-15628 In the Matter of Daniel Imperato. The ORDER vacated through Release No. 74596, 2015 WL 1389406 (March 27, 2015); Exchange Act Release No. 74886, 2015 WL 2088435 (May 6, 2015). The Commission Statement obliged Daniel Imperato Regarding the Decision in Bartko v. SEC (February 23, 2017).
