I Watched Disney's Encanto

The film opens with young Mirabel wearing glasses about five years old and Abuelita (voiced by María Cecilia Botero). Her grandmother tells her a story how a magical candle brought her and her family magical powers and a magical house called Casita.

Fast forward....to the Casita, the colorful beautiful magical musical house in Columbia, Mirabel Madrigal all grown up (voiced by Stephanie Beatriz) three cute little nosey kids asks about the families powerful magical gift. She sings "The Family Madrigal" introducing her family: her mother Julieta Madrigal who has healing powers by making a arepas con queso and other meals and her father Agustin Madrigal (voiced by Angie Cepeda and Wilmer Valderrama), her uncle Felix Madrigal (voiced by Mauro Castillo), her Aunt Pepa Madrigal (voiced by Carolina Gaitán) with the power of mood weather meaning her moods would use rain and storms to control her mind, her psychic green eyed uncle Bruno Madrigal (voiced by John Leguizamo) who disappeared and nobody not even the family talks about, her cousins Dolores Madrigal (voiced by Adassa) has the powers of sharp hearing, her cousin Camilo Madrigal (voiced by Rhenzy Feliz) who shapeshifts, her older sisters: Isabel Madrigal (voiced by Diane Guerrero), the perfect sister with a magical powers of flower blossoming and Luisa Madrigal (voiced by Jessica Darrow), the strong one with and her youngest cousin Antonio Madrigal (voiced by Ravi Cabot-Conyers)who gets his gift which later find out his gift is the ability to understand animals while Mirabel is the only that has no gift at all which no lie I feel like she is good at being a good storyteller.

At the Antonio gift celebration, Antoino receives his gift while he was about to receive his gift Mirabel reminisce her time when her five year old self when she was about to receive her gift but didn't. Mirabel gets a little upset because she is the only one with no gift.

After the song ends, Mirabel sees the Casita starts to crack down but when she tells the family something went wrong with the Casita the Casita was repaired. "We Don't Talk About Bruno" the most overplayed song than Frozen's "Let it Go" and "Into the Unknown" The song is catchy tango tune and the whole animation choreography was smooth.

At the near of the song, Mirabel puts the pieces together to find that she is the reason the Casita is falling apart with the house falling apart the family will lose their powers. At the dinner, the family was sitting with Marino and his family. Marino (voiced by Maluma) was going to ask Isabela to marry her but it all fails in a catastrophe. Mirabel's fault!!!!

In the end, it turns out Isabela wasn't really in love with Mariano but she had to marry him for the sake of the family

The funny part of this film is that Bruno never left the house he was living inside the house just so he doesn't wreck the whole family, peoples predictions and to protect Mirabel.

The best part was that Mirabel got her family together and include Bruno as a part of the family and rebuild the Casita. This film is like the second cousin of Pixar's Coco mix with Pixar's Frozen except there's no colorful skeletons and Miranda who composed and wrote the songs made this film fantastic. I love all the characters from the film. It shows true representation of every race from Coloumbia and Latino skin tone.
