‘General Hospital' Mystery’ revolves around. Anna’s search for answers

Mystery week begins Monday on GENERAL HOSPITAL and fans are excited about something different to focus on. For the past few months, life in Port Charles has basically been revolving around Peter August and Cyrus Renault and their evil plans.Viewers will welcome a change to a different storyline that is not so predictable. Spoilers tease that Anna Devane might go in search of her old friend Sean Donely in order to obtain a cure for Detective Chase, whom Peter prosoned.

This will probably be how she connects with Sean Donely's daughter, Anne, and finds out that her old friend is dead. Fans know that on this Friday's epsiode GENERAL HOSPITAL there will be a tribute episode to John Reilly who portrayed the legendary spy and a number of legacy characters will take part in it. Along with Anna and Anne will be Mac, Felicia, Robin, Kevin and Laura. and possibly Bobbie. No details have been given at this point as to how they all fit into the mystery but Peter August is at the root of the issue since he poisoned Chase.

Anna realized that Faison's son had done to her nephew the same as his father Faison did to Sean Donely decades ago. According to Soaps.com the former super spy will receive some devastating news on Thursday which is probably when she hears about Sean’s death. The mystery events begin on Friday with Anna and Anne, along with Robin, Mac, Felicia, Kevin, and Laura.

Viewers have no idea how long this storyline will last and if Felicia and Robin will be around for more episodes. Jackie Zeman is supposed to return as Bobbie Spencer but it’s not clear if she will be a part of this mystery or not. Maxie and Brook Lynn want Nurse Spencer to deliver Maxie’s baby and keep their secret so Bobbie could only be involved with that storyline. On last Friday both Maxie and Peter were stunned when Dr. Navarro wanted to immediately induce labor. Spoilers say that on Monday they both will shut her down but each has their own reason.

Peter wants nurse Chloe Jennings to help him kidnap his baby mama and the newborn. Maxie wants to fake a stillbirth and have BLQ raise baby Lu as Valentin’s child. Jackie Zeman will be a welcome sight to her fans no matter which storyline she is involved with. Viewers are anticipating this shift from the storylines that are currently taking place in Port Charles and beyond. Sonny is off in, Nixon Falls, Jason, and Britt are heading to Canada, and Maxie wants her baby to be born in Beachers Corners.

It has yet to be revealed where Anna will go on her adventure or if Anne Donley will come to her. Time is running out for Chase and viewers want him to hurry up and improve. Michael and Willow are perpetrating a fraud on him that is worse than the one Sasha and the detective came up with regarding Wiley. Chase is falling deeper in love with Willow who really loves Michael and the detective's heart is going to be broken.

Perhaps Anna will find a cure for what ails him before he asks Willow to marry him. This situation is a disaster in the making so let's hope Anna, Anne, and the rest of the GENERAL HOSPITAL gang will find the antidote that brings Chase back to good health. If the Port Charles crew is involved in a different or an additional mystery that will be good news for fans of the legacy characters as well so stay tuned. Viewers are still awaiting word as to whether or not Robert Scorpio or Tiffany Wyatt, (Sean's wife) will be on hand Friday as well as news related to a 2021 Nurses Ball, so stay tuned.
