General Hospital Wild Speculation

General Hospital viewers are discussing Esme Prince (Kristen Avery Pohl) and who her birth parents really are. The writers seemed to be giving hints that lead in several directions but none of it has been proven. Esme was raised by adoptive parents and Ryan Chamberlain (John Lindstrom0 has told her that he is her biological father.

Nothing is known about Esme's mother but she did have a nanny named Maggie. Not long ago when Ryan and his alleged daughter were discussing her parentage the camera shot went to Felicia Scorpio ( Kristina Wagoner). This raised speculation that she might have been impregnated by Dr. Chamberlain when she knew him as Todd.

It does not seem likely that Felicia would have given a child away at birth or that she somehow forgot she was pregnant so this theory has holes in it. Now the rumor mill is suggesting that Esme belongs to Felicia and her husband Mac Scorpio (John J York). This is because the couple was talking about having another child after meeting their granddaughter Bailey/Louise (London Selzer) for the first time.

Esme could be blindsided by the truth

Spoilers are now suggesting that Esme will find out that Ryan has used her and she is not his biological daughter. If true then General Hospital will have to rewrite history in order to have Mac and or Felicia be the girl's parents. Fans know that something is off with Ms. Prince and that there is a mystery to be unraveled. GH viewers are wondering what it is and how it will be revealed.

Esme has been talking to Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) about genetics and is concerned she may have inherited something in her genes that make her just like her supposed bio dad. Whatever the truth is gthe writers are keeping it well hidden and this is why all the wild speculation is floating around.

Soap fans can be creative

When soap fans do not obtain the answers they desire they begin to make it up as they go along. Just ask Rebecca Herbst who portrays Elizabeth Webber on the ABC soap. After Liz was sent away for mental health treatment her fans began coming up with interesting scenarios to explain her absence. Things got so out of hand the actress decided to address the issue on Twitter by saying the following.

"Well, hello there, Just thought I’d shut down some rumors that have been circulating: I haven’t been fired. I’m not on vacation. I don’t have COVID. My kids don’t keep me from working. Nor do I have cramps."

General Hospital owes fans some explanations

If General Hospital does not bring this issue to a close soon or at least let the fans in on what is really going on the rumors will continue. If indeed Mac and Felicia turn out to be Esme's birth parents the writers will have to work overtime to make this convincing. In the meantime, Esme's crimes are so horrendous that she will not have a friend to turn to when all is said and done.

When it becomes public knowledge that she slept with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Columbo) this will ruin his relationships with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) Laura Collins (Genie Frances) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Nik is the older person in this affair and he was warned not to trust Esme so he should have known better.

J0sslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are getting closer to exposing Esme for the sex tape and when they do everyone will know how sick and twisted she really is. Should Ryan really be her father she will be seen as an apple not falling far from the tree. If Felicia is her mom and Ryan is the daddy Ms. Prince might stand half a chance at redemption but If Mac and Felicia turn out to be her birth parents this will shock all of Port Charles and put the Scorpios in an awkward situaiton.
