General Hospital fans are excited about recent episodes and desire the drama to continue
Viewers have become invested in Trina and Spencer and Victor's ultimate destrruction.

GH viewers are on the edge of their seats
General Hospital viewers are excited about the action and adventure that took place on Tuesday's episode and say they want more. It's been quite a while since the residents of Port Charles were involved in so much drama and intrigue and the viewing audience is loving it. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) has been giving stellar performances in recent weeks and on Tuesday he brought to mind the soap super couples of the 1980s,
Older soap fans recall the men who were heroes who would do anything to protect the women they love. On General Hospital Frisco Jones (Jack Wagoner) and Felicia Cummings-Jones-Scorpio (Kristina Wagoner), fell in love and married on the soap as well as in real-time. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), were popular and Anna Devane (Finila Hughes) and Duke Lavery (Ian Buchannan) were favorites on General Hospital while Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Laura Webber-Spencer-Collins, (Genie Francis) were the number 1 pairing.
On Days of Our Live Bo Brady,(Peter Reckell) and Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso), were tops along with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). On Santa Barbara Cruise Castillo (A Martinez) and Eden Capwell (Marcie Walker) were beloved. There were others and these are just a few. Now it seems Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyanna Ali) are destined to have their names engraved on the super couple wall of fame.

It was touching how Spencer let Curtis know where to go to save Trina without giving himself away and he kept saying all he wanted was to protect her. Spencer even asked one of the guards if he ever cared so much about anyone that he would do anything to protect them. When Curtis reached Trina he wanted to get her off the Haunted Star but she said she was not going to go anywhere until she first helped Spencer. She explained how he had taken care of her and Curtis replied "You too."
At that moment he realized Sprina is in love and dedicated to one another and when they return to Port Charles, Curtis will have to use this information to help Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) who has vowed to keep the young lovers part. Meanwhile, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was going deeper off the rails as he had Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati ) inject Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stewart) with the pathogen which made his nose bleed. DOOL fans will recall that Shaughnessy was part of a super couple with Kimberly Brady (Patsy Pease).

Back in Port Charles Robert was trying to keep Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) from discovering that Anna had left her hospital room and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was inside getting over the effects of being chloroformed by Holly. Scott went against what he had been told and called in the WBS and the fear is that they will destroy the Island and everyone on to keep the pathogen from spreading.
Anna and Holly are on their way to Greenland so things will become even more chaotic as time is ticking away. Spoilers are saying next Thursday, May 11 that both Scott and Portia will be celebrating which suggests that the hostages should be back in Port Charles by that time. Spoilers also say a body will be recovered and everyone is hoping it will be Victor but you never know, Hopefully, it will not be Valentin, and either Liesl can give him the antidote or viewers find he was not really given the pathogen. Be sure to stay tuned as the action builds during this critical week on General Hospital.
