Days of Our Lives fans say Rachel needs therapy and not protection

Viewers disagree with the adults in her life trying to protect her from the consequences of her actions.

What will happen to Rachel?

Days of Our Lives fans overwhelmingly agree that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) has been acting like a demon seed for quite some time. This past week, they even had her hair in two pigtails just like the creepy Wednesday from The Addams Family. Rachel even scowls like Wednesday and rarely smiles.

When she stands near the chessboard, Rachel reminds those who watch the Peacock soap of her grandfather Stefano Dimera (Joe Mascola), and you can feel something evil brewing deep inside the little girl.

Viewers also suspected that she shot her uncle EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel), and they were correct. DOOL fans are also stunned at the way the adults are handling the situation and believe they are making a mistake.

EJ, Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk), and Marlena Evans (Deidra Hall) were trying to figure out what to do because "Doc" believes Rachel is dealing with a dissociative disorder. EJ says he cannot allow Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) to take the blame, and now Kristan has said she shot her brother.

Was it really an accident?

Marlena told EJ that she figured Rachel was the shooter because he was seated when he was shot, so someone short had to do it. No one else has figured this out. Days viewers say more harm will be done to Rachel when she learns her mother is in prison.

EJ insists his shooting was an accident and perhaps his niece only wanted to frighten him into disclosing the location of her grandmother, Rachel Blake ( Roslyn Gentle).

Some DOOL viewers beg to differ. Rachel was focused and demanding, and she may have shot on purpose. Even though she is a child, she should have realized that if she shot her uncle, he could not tell her anything.

Rachel will remember

At some point, Rachel will recall that she held a gun on her uncle while demanding he tell her where her grandma was. It was chilling watching the child hold the gun on Ej and saying in a sinister voice, "Tell me where my grandmother is."

When Kristen and EJ were talking, Marlena tried to keep Rachel in her room so she would not hear the conversation. The creepy kid lied that her pet snake was loose, and she ran from the room as her grandmother searched.

She ran down the steps and asked her mother and uncle if they were keeping a secret from her, but they lied and said no. Days fans say this was the moment the three adults should have sat down with Rachel and talked with her. She has some behaviors that need to be addressed before it's too late

DOOL viewers say Rachel should be told the truth, and she needs a therapist who is not her grandmother, Marlena. The shock of learning her mom is in jail may be too much for the little girl, and she could have a breakdown and remember everything.

Twists and turns are coming

Fans hope that Marlena will tell Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) the truth about what is going on with his daughter and her mother. Some say Marlena should lose her license because of her choices. Once Rachel realizes what she did, she will want her mother out of prison. It will be interesting to watch how this plays out.

How will Rachel respond when she learns about her actions and what the adults in her life have done to protect her? Will she be scarred for life, or can she recover with proper treatment? This storyline has many twists and turns coming up so stay tuned to Days of Our Lives to learn what happens next.
