Crazxy & Superboys of Malegaon Review

These two movies have been made in the fees that some so-called Bollywood actors charge per movie. Out of these two movies, one movie is a middle finger and a slap on the so-called elite Bollywood.

If these two low-budget content-oriented Bollywood movies were made in the Malayalam industry or South then shame on you Bollywood.

Let's start with the first movie that brought tears to my eyes in the end.

Superboys of Malegaon Review

You might have seen the movie Luck By Chance of 2009. As time passed, the movie became a classic, whereas it flopped when it was released. The same is going to happen with this movie.

People are going to ignore this movie thinking that it is a bit of an artistic type of movie. It is like an Oscar-level slow movie, but to be honest, it is not like that at all.

After watching movies for years, there are one or two movies in a year in which we see ourselves.

If you have a movie bug, then at some point or the other, you must have thought that I should also make a movie, I should make a short film, it will have such a direction, and my story will be like this.

A man from Malegaon thought of just this and this movie is not just about him but about the whole of Malegaon.

I did not feel bored anywhere in the entire movie, I did not feel any slow scenes, yes I felt some shortcomings, we will talk about them later but the movie completely gives the vibe of Luck By Chance.

The only negative is that there are so many characters in the movie that if we give time to each one and go into its depth, then the movie will become three to four hours long.

I wish this was a web series, I claim it would have made a big blast on OTT.

But I have to praise director Reema Kagti and all the actors. All the actors seem to compete with each other so I will act better than you.

Farooq's character is played by Vineet Kumar Singh, I request him not to be seen anywhere because you have so many fans, now you will not be given a kiss but a spouch.

Adarsh Gaurav, every cinephile, and every movie fan will see themselves in this guy because while watching a movie we have always thought that I also have a story, I will also follow the same direction, I will also conduct such writing, I also want to make a movie, if yes then this movie is your documentary.

The only thing that was missing was all the details like profit loss, and how much the movie earned, there is not much mention of all of that.

Then later there is a character with whom you get connected, and then immediately that character disappears for a long time, and then you get disconnected and connect with some other character.

This 2-hour movie fell short in time, there was so much material in it and because of being a movie buff, I saw myself in this movie, due to this reason I would like to give this movie an extra 8.5 out of 10.

There is nothing adult in the movie, there is a little kissing type for the name, but you can watch it with family.

Crazxy Movie Review

The second movie I saw was Crazxy which was just one hour and 30 minutes long and in the whole movie there is only one actor, one man Sohum Shah, and no one else's face is shown.

Now you must be thinking what kind of movie is this, there is only one actor on screen and no one else.

All the survival movies of Hollywood like:

  • Gravity
  • Buried
  • Locke

Locke is almost similar to this movie in that the timer starts and the lead is completely confused and he has to make decisions quickly.

From the first half of the movie itself, a mountain of so many troubles falls on the main protagonist.

The girl has been kidnapped and they have demanded five crores. On the other hand, five crores have to be paid for court settlement as well, otherwise, the man will go to jail and if the money is not paid before sunset, they will kill the girl.

So, a sense of emergency has been created right from the beginning. If you have not seen the Hollywood movies that I mentioned, survival movies, then you will wonder why this movie feels so long even though it is one hour and 30 minutes long.

In the first half, you may check your mobile two or three times because you are watching only one actor on the screen and there is no visual representation. His conversation is taking place and a voice-over is coming from there and that person is not being shown.

So yes, if you are watching such content for the first time then you will feel very bored.

But wow, the second half does not even give a chance to get up from the seat, meaning at one moment the guy is changing the tire, at the same time he is doing surgery through a video call on the mobile, at the same time he is also focusing on the kidnapped girl or should I say he is solving her problem as well and at the same time, come on, leave it, so much multi-task at one moment.

When you see Sohum Shah doing all these things together, salute him.

Sohum Shah literally showed the middle finger to the so-called high-paid actors of Bollywood.

The movie is a low-budget movie but all the money from the low budget has been spent on the content only.

The camera angle has to be praised very well. The camera angle on the side of the car is to make you feel that excitement or thrill.

Every 5 minutes of the movie, a phone call comes and the twists and turns keep going on.

In short, the movie does not stop anywhere.

Every 5 minutes of the movie, you will get to see some twists and turns.

The film keeps you completely glued to your seat in the second half but to experience it, you have to go through some struggle in the first half.

There is a scene of surgery in which the chest has been torn apart and the heart is being pumped with the hand. That was the peak moment for me.

By the end whatever is happening, who did it and why, you get an idea from the start of the movie itself and in that moment Sohum Shah's performance won my heart and that is why I would like to give this movie a little extra 6.5 out of 10.

What is your opinion about both movies, do tell me in the comments.
