Black Doves Netflix Review

You will feel this show is more like a relationship drama than a spy thriller in which on one side you will see that a wife who is a mother of two children is cheating on her husband and is in a sexual relationship with another man which she is calling love, while on the other side, you will see the love relationship of gay or lesbian.

Black Doves Netflix Review

So look, yesterday a spy thriller political drama series was released on the Netflix platform, titled "Black Doves." Well, I am not going to take too much time. Let's quickly conduct a postmortem on how much power is in this material, actually, because my condition has become very bad after watching movies and series since morning, and tomorrow I also have to work the whole day, so let's do it quickly.

So Black Doves have brought 6 episodes with it, which means this is a six-episode-long series and Netflix has already given the green light to Season 2, wait for the rest, I am telling you whether it will be right to wait for Season 2 or not.

The next important thing, you get this series in Hindi dubbed as well as in its original language, but a very important thing, please avoid watching this series sitting with your family, because many adult scenes have been included in it.

Well, if I talk about the story broadly, then the story follows a lady Helen and her partner Sam. Helen is trying to balance her personal and professional life. If we talk about her personal life, then she is married to a man and has children too, but meanwhile, her professional life has become very dangerous because she is a kind of spy and is investigating a murder in London along with her partner Sam. So who committed that murder what was the reason and what is the connection of Helen or Sam with that murder, to know all this you will have to watch this series.

Now let's talk about how was my experience of watching this series, so look, this is a spy drama and if I say that this is an LGBTQ+ spy drama, then it will not be wrong at all because in this series, the relationships of gays and lesbians have been shown in a very normalized manner.

You will feel this show is more like a relationship drama than a spy thriller in which on one side you will see that a wife who is a mother of two children is cheating on her husband and is in a sexual relationship with another man which she is calling love, while on the other side, you will see the love relationship of gay or lesbian.

This means you will see this show promoting the LGBTQ+ agenda very lovingly and you will also see people of this community praising this show a lot and giving high ratings to this show.

While this show is just a decent spy drama, even if you don't have any problem with LGBTQ+, the story or mystery of this series will keep you decently engaged from start to end.

You will not see anything happening in this show that you have never experienced before in the spy genre, but still if you people like watching spy dramas, then the story of this series can keep you decently engaged from start to end, but from episode 2 onwards, your interest will start developing in the story, apart from that, you will get to see some twists and turns in the story, out of which some you will be able to predict and some you will not be able to.

Rest, this show is not a heavy action show but still, you will get to see hand-to-hand combat and gunfight scenes in this series and whatever action is there in the series is good.

Apart from this, the characters of this series are so interesting that your interest will remain in the show because of the characters but I could not connect emotionally with these characters.

The music and production work of the rest of the series is all good.

In short, if you people do not have any problem watching LGBTQ+ drama and you like watching spy dramas, then you can watch this show as your time passes.

In my opinion, this is an average time pass show, so I will rate this series 7 out of 10 and I will just tell you that this show is not family friendly at all because in this show you will get to see sex scenes or nudity, there is violence too and in season one, the story of Helen and Sam has not ended completely yet, Season 2 of this series is also to come.
