What Is a Battle Royale Game?

In a few of my previous posts, I have spoken a lot about some of the most famous battle royale games, such as Fortnite, PUBG, Warzone, and Apex Legends. I also shared my top 10 games in a recent story.

But many people weren’t completely clear on what a battle royale is. So here’s my explanation of what exactly a battle royale game is what it consists of.

A battle royale game is a type of online multiplayer video game that combines elements of survival, exploration and scavenging with last-man-standing gameplay.

In a battle royale game, a large number of players are dropped onto an island or other large map and must scavenge for weapons, resources, and other items while fighting to be the last person or team standing.
