Tarkov has Infinite Replayability
Tarkov has a lot of ebbs and flows when it comes to who’s playing it, when they are, and why they are. Everyone has their reasons for booting up the game, especially after a couple months, when the hype of a new patch and wipe has effectively worn off. Some still enjoy the loop of completing tasks to level up and earn rewards, others enjoy the combat and trying to engage in as much PvP as possible. And the rest might just enjoy building cool weapons and kits, taking them into raids and seeing what happens. I would personally fit in the latter box. I really enjoy Tarkov when I have the freedom to build weapons that I think look cool and while might not be best in slot, can still be effective regardless. It’s no surprise that since we are over the 120-day mark for this most recent wipe, grumblings across the community have begun to take shape. And everyone is entitled to their opinion and personal grievances with what is either good or bad with the game at any point, and while most sentiments I honestly agree with and uphold, I still find ways to enjoy the game, even if it means playing it much differently than I normally would. My own pessimistic sentiments about the future of the game aside, I really do strive to find fun ways to reengage with Tarkov, that isn’t just trying to use the guns I am accustomed to and fight other players and bosses alike. And I have had some luck with that over the last couple weeks. Recently, I have made some videos going through my experiences with using weapons in strange ways, and it made me realize that Tarkov, honestly, through all its BS that we have put up with for years, it still has infinite replayability, even in the state it currently is in.

I Was First In Line For GenCon Event Registration
For those of you obsessing today over the queue for event registration for GenCon or Origins or some other big gaming convention, going beserk over the minutes that have gone by without complete satisfaction, please do remember there was a time (yes, in those distant dark years before computers were everywhere) when GenCon's pre-registration booklet was sent out by mail. Worse yet, it was bulk mail, which meant wide variability on when different people in different places would get it. Worst, your registration (with check for fees) had to be sent in by mail (don't get me started on the fiasco of fax submission).

The Problem with Cases in Tarkov
One of the most vital parts of any players stash in Tarkov is cases. These items allow for increased storage space for a large variety of items depending on which case you are trying to get your hands on. There are a bunch of different cases, ranging from dog tag cases, all the way to the premium, and aptly named T H I C C items cases. Each one has a purpose, and while some are certainly better and more sought after than others, if you offered a free case to anyone, no matter which one it was, most people would gladly accept the extra stash space. And this goes double for people who aren’t playing on EOD accounts. That standard account stash size is tiny compared to the other versions. So, for them, cases are non-negotiable to be both successful in the game, and so that you can have more than one kits worth of gear safely stored away. However, one of the biggest issues when it comes to cases in Tarkov is just getting your hands on them. Some are much easier to obtain than others. But in general, the cases that people actually want are a rare luxury that could maybe be toned down to facilitate better use of stash base across the board.
