'God of War' - Game
The newest installment of the God of War series was released on April 20, 2018, we waited awhile to purchase the game, and unfortunately, I have waited even longer to release this review. Please keep in mind this particular review was mostly done through the opinions of two separate people with two separate play styles. Also, I myself, the writer of this particular post has yet to be able to find the time to complete the game; though I have seen its conclusion. So here are my thoughts on the game, without the pesky spoilers.

Sonic Adventure 2 Isn't Such A Bad Game
As you might have heard, from many, many people, Sonic Adventure 2 hasn't aged well. The voice acting for the English version was poorly cut, the camera is hard to control, and there are a few glitches. While I can work past the poorly edited cut scenes, the other two are completely dependent on the player. Also, many people have complained that the mech levels and the treasure hunting levels should not be a part of a Sonic game.

'Red Dead Redemption 2'
The newest edition to the Rockstar franchise has recently been released in Red Dead Redemption 2. After a good amount of hours have been put into the game, I thought an honest review was in order. Before we continue I will set your mind at ease and let you know that this will not ruin the story in anyway. The first bit of praise that is in order for this game is for the story itself, the character development in this game is fantastic, I quickly found myself becoming attached to characters that are in your gang, for good reasons or for bad. The way each character generally has something to offer is very refreshing in the world of single player games, if you hang out at camp for a long enough period of time you will find that simply interacting with other gang members by, say, sitting around the fire at night for supper quickly gives you insight into who they are, where they come from, and why they are apart of the Van Der Linde Gang. Members of your gang will often ask you to do them favors, for instance go out into the world and collect items for them, most people ignore this but if you do enough of them you will get something in reward for all of your hard work and traveling time. With how good the story is written and how well the characters are designed it leads me to my next point. Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most in depth games I have ever had the privilege of playing, Rockstar truly left no stone unturned when it comes to this game, from how incredible the graphics are to how interactive everything is throughout the world. Many things that people may not know affect your experience in Red Dead Redemption 2 are as follows. Gun maintenance, this one is huge! you know the gun oil you can purchase from the store or pickup through out your journey? Well this is extremely important you need this to maintain your gun and clean it. A dirty gun will lose damage, range, etc, for a quick process of cleaning your weapons it makes a huge difference. Make sure you and your horse eat, this is something that I don't believe is really explained but you and your horse can become underweight which affects their performance, Arthur can also become over weight which affects his performance in different ways. Everything you do in this game seems to have some sort of consequence; like taking care of your player and your horse, another very interesting system that is involved in this game is the karma system, every time you go out and rob or kill an innocent person a little red cowboy image appears in the corner of your screen with a minus sign this is your karma lowering. Every time you do something good like helping a stranger or greeting people a white cowboy image with a plus sign appears. To many this doesn't matter but keep in mind that whether you choose to be good or bad matters especially when it comes to outfits. If you go into the store to look at outfits some will be unlocked, these aren't locked because you haven't progressed far enough but because of what your karma level is at. Some outfits require you to be good, some bad. Now with all of the praise that I've given to this game their is room for some concern. The concern of Red Dead Redemption 2 comes from what hasn't been released yet and that is an online mode. I have a great deal of concern for this for many different reasons, RD2 is incredible in its story mode, you can see all of the praise I believe it deserves in the beginning of this review. My question is how does that transfer to online with multiple different players, will the game lose some of its seriousness and activities from the story mode such as hunting/fishing? Im not sure. I look at Grand Theft Auto 5 which really was one of the first of its kind online experiences and go back to a time where it was very different then it is today, it was less cartoony and more seriously based, that has all since changed over the past few years. My fear is that Red Dead Redemption 2 online will follow in Grant Theft Auto 5's online experience and while these are two totally different games my concern in still there. Until online comes out for RD2 these are nothing more then concerns, as for the story version of the game a proper ratting needs to be given. I would give RD2 a 9/10 for its story mode, for a video game player like me I absolutely love this game specifically because I enjoy open world single player games that take hours and hours to play and explore. For this review I have to ignore my own personal taste in games and give the most unbiased ratting as possible, The number 1 reason I do not give this game 10/10 is because if you are not a player like me who enjoys throwing themselves into the story, the side quests and general exploring will get you bored of this game and you will get bored of this game relatively quickly. With that being said I don't believe anyone should stay away from this game but just know what you are in for. It is very possible to just focus on story missions and cruise through the game if you're not into the side quests and general exploring, its also very possible to have a great time while totally ignoring the main story, I would suggest beating the tutorial and reaching chapter 2 before you attempt this though. To sum it all up Red Dead Redemption 2 is truly an incredible game that I would highly suggest picking up, you will have hours of fun in this game and find some cool things along the way.

Wanna Fight Dragons and Save the World?
Where to begin with this game review?! First off I’ll give you my basic thoughts, I loved this game!! It’s a pretty good game since even the used copies at select game stores are still 30 bucks! Now every game has some drawbacks be it plot but when you have so many good things the bad will just fall to the wayside. The plot is a little on the standard side that I picked out quite a few plot “twists” they were going for but they still presented them in a very pleasing way. Though some twists I wasn’t prepared for and they were stellar when it came to dishing out emotional moments. But I take it you are here to find out the good and bad to the game and if you would want to buy it right? Well, let me help!

'South Park: The Stick of Truth'
Intro South Park, whichever way you look at it, is a raunchy and ill-humored series about four boys living out their lives in the fictional town of South Park, Colorado. When Obsidian Entertainment teamed up with South Park Digital Studios, a game unlike any other would come into fruition. A full map of the little mountain town, a main campaign, and the humor that makes South Park stand on its own is all bundled up to create an amazing RPG. The Stick of Truth would give me the South Park title I was looking for: an open-world adventure game. And I loved it.
