This PS1 style game attracted popularity because of dedicated Puppet Combo fans and horror fanatics wanting to see what it's all about. After a larger amount of positive reviews on their demo, the game had finally published on September 16th, 2021 to everyones satisfaction.

Have you ever had one of those jobs where you just know something isn't right? you get a bad feeling about it even thought everything seems in order and the people there are average. The customers aren't that bad and your manager is as tolerable as an annoying fly in your face. They do have you doing the night shift though which you're ok with but would rather not do. You're doing your regular shift when you get the deep feeling of anxiety and dread that appeared during work and when you go home. Martha is Dead Game Review & Summary
Martha is Dead is a first person, psychological thriller containing graphic and adult content taking place in the late years of World War II. Released on February 24, 2022, Martha is Dead isn't one of those games that shot up to the top of the charts this year like Elden Ring, mainly because this game isn't for everyones liking. The dark themes and complex storyline take people for a loop but that doesn't take away from the games beautiful wilderness and war-like scenery that really brings you into the story. The voice acting is also one of the best I've heard with our main protagonist who narrates nearly the entire game for us, has a calm and relaxing voice and it makes you forget that you're in a horror game. It's one of those games that are seen as gems in the shadows and doesn't get as much attention as it should get.

Poppy Playtime is a survival horror video game developed and published by American indie developer MOB Games in which the player takes on the role of a former employee returning to an abandoned toy factory once owned by the game's in-universe company Playtime Co. 10 years later, the staff appears to have vanished without a trace. The player navigates through a first-person perspective and must solve puzzles, some of which require the use of a device known as the GrabPack, in order to progress while avoiding various enemies.

If Silent Hill 4 was a good game, it would have been an abstract masterpiece.
My relationship with the horror genre strays much earlier than I perhaps would have liked. A young child petrified as I’m exposed to Pennywise, Freddy Kruger and Jason. As a family, we would spend many a night curled up on our sofa gazing at VHS tapes of grizzly tales with curtains tight and my head beneath a thin cotton blanket. I developed a ritual to gaze at the televisions “on” switch rather than the action within frame. In this, I could seem as though I braved the monsters within, whilst subtly looking away. Within each subgenre, I seldom felt more of a swell in my gut than I did during stories which entailed the presence of ghosts. I recall vehemently recommending “13 Ghosts” on the playground of my school whilst my friends recommended “Jeepers Creepers” – I was far from brave enough to watch the latter. Nothing, however, unsettled me more so than my father’s return from ‘Game Shops’ with a particular franchise ensnared within his grip. A franchise I would eventual begin to respect in my childhood mind as the pinnacle of fright. One which, in the second instalment, I couldn’t even leave the opening room without flicking the switch to my PS2 in fright. This: Silent Hill.

A red light from my voice recorder blinked steadily from the floor, basking the bedroom in a soft and repetitious glow. It gave me a brief second to survey the emptiness and try to catch the ominous shadow that may be lurking in a corner. But I sat there for an hour, my questions answered only by the persistent quiet.
