Valheim: Is it worth buying?
Imagine this: you are a Viking. You've led a very successful Viking life. You've conquered foreign lands and pillaged villages along numerous coastlines. You've raised mighty mead halls where you sang and drank merrily during the long winter nights. You've even sailed the high seas seeking out more territory to explore, settle, and turn into fertile farmland.

How Gaming Is Keeping Me Sane . Top Story - March 2021. Created with: Humble Bundle.
Over the last year, we’ve all found ourselves stuck inside more and more. One of the few upsides to the last twelve to fourteen months is how many people have either got back into video games or have picked up a pad for the first time. It’s shown the world just how important games can be both as a story-telling medium and as a form of escapism from whatever troubles, little or large, we face in our real lives. Some people even took the time and effort to master specific games either for their own enjoyment or the satisfaction of emerging victorious (lets face it, winning does feel pretty great most of the time).

5 Things I Love & Hate About The Ace Attorney Franchise
The Ace Attorney franchise contain some of my favourite games. Loosely based on the Japanese court system, you become a finger-pointing, semi-bluffing, turnabout lawyer. The majority of the games focus on Phoenix Wright with other spin-offs including his ancestors and his childhood friend, Miles Edgeworth. I think it’s a wonderful series because it’s gone on to do so much. Normally visual novels don’t make much impact outside of Japan, but Ace Attorney opened the doors to many mystery and visual novel games to me.

What We Should Expect From Ubisoft's 'Star Wars' Game
Great news to the Star Wars gaming community! Ubisoft announced recently that they will be releasing an open world Star Wars game. Fans all over the world are going wild as they make speculations on what this mysterious game could be about, and what might be in it. Lots of fans would love to have a fully explorable game, similar to Grand Theft Auto V or Red Dead Redemption II.

Breath of the Wild: Sequel of Sequels
It's been nearly four years since the gaming community was finally able to experience one of the most highly anticipated releases in game history. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild brought a breath of fresh air to the iconic franchise by giving players the freedom of open world exploration and abandoning the strictly linear experience that plagued the many entries that preceded it. It was a welcome change from the small contained world of Skyward Sword with an overworld profoundly larger than any other and the ability to go anywhere the player wished once the first area was completed.

How to Start Playing Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) 5e
If you know nothing at all about Dungeons and Dragons (referred to as D&D from here on), then I always suggest starting by watching some liveplay videos or streams. Many of these have professional level production value and props, so be sure not to get hooked into expecting this same level from your own Dungeon Master (DM). Look up Critical Role, Dimension 20 or High Rollers on Youtube for the best streams online right now.

'LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga' Will Have More Playable Characters Than We Thought
Star Wars has maintained a strong presence in the gaming community since the 8-bit days. Atari and Intellivision carried the first licensed Star Wars video game with the adaptation of the Battle of Hoth. Released in 1982, this game required the player to pilot a snowspeeder against advancing walkers and blast each Imperial vehicle a grueling 48 times. That armor really is too strong for blasters! From multiple flight sim games (X-Wing and the newly released Squadrons), to shoot 'em up action (the award winning Battlefront series and Republic Commando), and of course lightsaber duels (Jedi Power Battles is criminally underrated), Star Wars video games span the galaxy of genres and gameplay. Lego, with help from developer Traveller's Tales, has excelled in combining all of these gameplay aspects, the best components of Star Wars, and seamlessly blending them together. Building the whole thing with LEGO bricks and plenty of humor, resulting in an extremely enjoyable and re-playable game fitting for fun-loving fans of all ages. The current Lego Star Wars titles separately span all eras of Star Wars, from the Battle of Naboo to the sequel trilogy. However, the newest game, hopefully releasing in spring of 2021, will combine all nine episodes of the Skywalker saga for an unprecedented Lego Star Wars experience.

5 Backstory Ideas for Your Fighter in Dungeons and Dragons (D&D)
Fighters are the mainstay of new players and veterans alike in D&D, they can be frontliners or ranged, they can specialize in critical hits like the Champion or they can bring a unique combination of Maneuvers like the Battle Master. The Fighter specializes in combat above all else, it’s in the name after all. They have high hit points and can wear the heaviest of armor, giving them a solid Armor Class. They aren’t as utility based as rogues or magic heavy as clerics and wizards, but when initiative is rolled, you’ll be glad to be playing the Fighter. Now it’s time to come up with a few quick backstory ideas to help bring your character to life. Here are five intriguing ideas to use in your game, or to build off of to create a unique character you’ll love to play.
