The Next 'Agar.io': 'Feed & Grow: Fish' Could Be Your New Addiction
You remember Agar.io, the simple yet addictive game where you're a small dot eating other dots to become the King of Dots? Well, imagine that combined with the animated whimsy of Finding Nemo, throw in a dash more blood, and what you have is Feed & Grow: Fish. Developed by Old B1ood, the game is currently available on Steam as an Early Access Beta and it features everything you might expect from being suddenly thrust into the cutthroat world of the food chain. And it might be one of my favorite addicting games of the summer.

Pokémon GO Teams Are Becoming Gangs, Complete With Vandalism and Bullying
The second Pokémon GO started its soft launch, the world has been going wild. Mostly in good ways. Friendships have been made with random strangers that would have never met otherwise. People have discovered parts of their city that they may have never set foot in had it not been for the game. There's also the added benefit of getting some good cardio in while you're trying to hatch that 10km egg. People are also learning how long a kilometer is, and some are even going on Pokemon-hunting dates.

Pokémon GO Brings People Together In The Best Way
The minute Pokémon GO was released, the world went absolutely insane. For some, it was a cool AR app they could play while they're bored and walking somewhere. For most, it's something they've wanted since the 90s. It's pretty much my childhood wish come true and I'm sure many could say the same. Despite the plethora of glitches and seemingly unending server issues, Pokémon GO is still bringing in users at an exponential rate. More than that, despite being a free app, it's making more money than any other app in the Apple Store right now which is a feat in and of itself.

Modder Remasters 'Shenmue: The Movie' and It's Pretty Amazing
Shenmue was a hell of a game. It had an immersive world and interesting story line tied with some pretty fun game play mechanics. It was one of a handful of games that shone on the Sega Dreamcast and the reason why I bought one in the first place. Because of the Dreamcast's ultimate demise, the second entry in the series was released on the Xbox back in 2002. To catch everyone up, it came with a DVD titled Shenmue: The Movie which featured cut scenes from the first game. The cut that they sent out with the game left out a lot of details and didn't set up the canon very well. Shenmue was huge and cramming all that story into a single DVD resulted in some important bits falling on the editing room floor. The end product was a pretty lackluster movie that didn't quite do justice to the original let alone catch people up properly on the goings on of the story.

You'll Be Amazed By What This Gamer Did With The Slog In 'Fallout 4'
I like to think that I can build a pretty mean looking settlement. However, every time I start thinking that I'm getting competent at it, the Internet goes ahead and shows me what else is possible and then it's back to the drawing board. Case in point, Tumblr user DionysusDreams has taken The Slog, a possible settlement in Fallout 4, and turned it into a thriving community with pretty sturdy looking defenses. When I saw the photos I had to reach out to her and find out what went into making this settlement into a defensible and cozy looking spot.

The Thedas Language Project: The Most Epic Fan Project Ever Undertaken
The world of Dragon Age is an absolutely fascinating one that's captured the imaginations of millions of gamers from all across the globe. The success of Dragon Age: Inquisition is a testament to that. Great stories set in a lively, awesome world are just some of the parts that make it a favorite for many fans of the RPG genre. The world itself has all these fun elements and different cultures that collide with each other that really gets the imagination of fans going. One particular fan has taken his imagination one step further by expanding on the language of the various peoples of Thedas. That's right, a single, amazing (and maybe a little insane) fan has taken it upon himself to take the bits and pieces of the languages shown in the games and expand them into actual semi-working languages. This entire endeavor is called The Thedas Language Project and it's as awesome as it is daunting.
