The upcoming GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills update introduces luxury mansions to Los Santos, accompanied by a set of teaser missions called “New Listings.” These missions give players the opportunity to earn rewards, discounts, and exclusive items ahead of the mansion launch. The missions also immerse players in the narrative of high-end real estate, requiring them to clear sites, recover materials, and handle shady workers on behalf of the in-game company, Prix Luxury Real Estate. Completing the full mission chain before the December 7, 2025 deadline grants “Gold Tier” rewards, while partial participation yields “Black Tier” benefits.

How to Start the Missions

To trigger the missions, players must first view an intro cutscene from Martin Madrazo at Los Santos International Airport, which activates the Prix Luxury Real Estate icon on the map. Heading to the marker in Tongva Hills begins the first mission. Missions can be completed solo or cooperatively with other players, and all participants receive the associated rewards when objectives are met.

The Three “New Listings” Missions

New Listings — Due Diligence

Players begin at Chumash Plaza and must travel to a mansion, optionally picking up gas canisters along the way. The main objective is to clear out hostile NPCs, either using stealth methods or direct combat. Stealth approaches, such as using gas vents on the roof, can earn bonus rewards. The mission concludes once all enemies are neutralized and players exit the area.

New Listings — Fixes & Fittings

The second mission takes place at a construction site in La Mesa. Players must steal building materials using a truck and optional wagons, as well as collect tools for additional cash. Enemies may attack along the route, allowing players to choose between combat or stealth. Successful delivery of materials to a designated location in Vinewood Hills, with minimal vehicle damage, maximizes rewards.

New Listings — Hard Deadlines

The final mission begins at Elysian Island, where players head to a port to destroy construction equipment by pushing it into the water without using firearms or explosives, avoiding penalties. Three foremen then appear and must be intimidated into fleeing. Players complete the mission by escaping the area and evading pursuing police. Meeting optional bonus conditions increases payouts.

Rewards and Benefits

Completing all three missions by the deadline grants players Gold Tier status, including a GTA$1,000,000 cash bonus, a GTA$2,000,000 discount on any mansion purchase when the update launches, and an exclusive Rockstar Varsity Crew Neck sweater. Black Tier participants who log in or complete some objectives receive a free Übermacht Revolter with the Sessanta Nove Monogram livery and other minor rewards. During the New Listings Week, missions also offer increased GTA$ and RP earnings, especially for subscribers, making this a prime opportunity to build funds ahead of the mansion purchases.
