Townhall 11 Base Design Strategies

At Townhall 11, new unlocks have changed a lot of strategies by using them. The most important part is Eagle Artillery. In most cases, we place the Eagle Artillery at the center of the base. In some types of bases, like anti-2 stars or anti-3 stars, we place the Eagle Artillery at one end of the base and the Town Hall at the other end of the base.
