The "Caviar Gold Rush"? A marketing strategy that never fails. First we take something “common” and turn it into “gold” so that everybody wants it. The demand goes up and we charge through the nose for it. Then we have to control our obsession and greed because we're damaging our environment. But that gives us an excuse to make the product even more expensive because now the consumer has to pay to indulge in a luxury AND protect the environment. Even so, caviar is something one should taste at least once in their life! LOL.
