Atlantis, the lost city: what was it? what happened to it?

Learn about Atlantis, one of the greatest mysteries of mankind

By Ninfa GaleanoPublished 12 months ago 3 min read

Atlantis, the lost city, represents one of the greatest enigmas in history. To begin with, there are those who believe that it is all a myth, while others believe that it really existed.

The legend of Atlantis begins with the arrival of the Anunnaki, colossal beings from the Middle East, who settled on Earth to help their race survive while their home planet faced its end. These extraterrestrials fathered offspring with humans, giving rise to a new civilization that would later be known as the Atlanteans. This fusion of races allowed the Atlanteans to inherit advanced knowledge and skills from the Anunnaki.

The Greek god Poseidon, whom the Atlanteans called Talyn, was one of these Anunnaki. Talyn became the protector and guide of twelve of these mixed-race children, taking them from their isolated civilization in the Middle East to the Atlantic Ocean, away from the influence of other Anunnaki. Thus the twelve families of Atlantis were formed, each one in charge of preserving and transmitting the vast stellar knowledge they possessed.

Spiritual legacy

The spiritual beliefs of the Atlanteans were deeply rooted in the perception of the relationship between the cosmos and existence on Earth. They considered all deities to be diverse manifestations of a single universal consciousness. This approach allowed the Atlanteans to interpret every element of nature and the cosmos as a divine expression. The natural elements, such as water, fire, earth and air, were revered as sacred, each with its own gods and protective spirits. This worldview promoted a deep respect for nature and the interconnectedness of all forms of life.

A fundamental aspect of Atlantean spiritual beliefs was the use of sacred geometry. The Atlanteans applied specific shapes and patterns, such as the Flower of Life, to align their constructions with cosmic energies. They believed that these geometric configurations were essential for understanding and manipulating the energies of the universe. Temples and other significant buildings were designed following these principles, which allowed the Atlanteans to create spaces conducive to meditation and spiritual connection.

The rituals and ceremonies of the Atlanteans were aimed at maintaining balance and harmony on both a personal and community level. They used vibration and sound as tools for healing and raising consciousness, integrating practices such as singing and harmonic resonance. These ceremonies not only strengthened the sense of community, but also acted as a means to align with cosmic forces and receive spiritual guidance. This integral approach to spirituality allowed Atlanteans to live in harmony with the universe and promote constant spiritual growth.

Tragic disappearance

Atlantis began to crumble during the Age of Scorpio. This era was characterized by a reckless misuse of the knowledge and technology that the Atlanteans possessed. Once revered as guardians of cosmic wisdom, the leaders of Atlantis strayed from their spiritual and ethical foundations, wielding their powers to dominate and control others.

This abuse of authority triggered a series of natural disasters that hastened Atlantis's demise. The Atlanteans had created advanced technologies that harnessed frequencies and resonances for various purposes. Yet, these very innovations were turned towards warfare and subjugation, unleashing catastrophic energy waves that obliterated entire cities and transformed once-fertile lands into barren wastelands.

Internal strife and conflicts with neighboring civilizations also significantly contributed to Atlantis's downfall. The war with the civilization of Mu was particularly devastating, leading to a succession of battles that drained both resources and the morale of the Atlanteans. Ultimately, a combination of natural calamities and social collapse led to the total annihilation of the Atlantean civilization, with the main island sinking into the ocean in a single night of tragedy.

Khem, the renewed Atlantis, emerged after the fall of the Atlantean civilization. This change took place during the Age of Virgo, when the last Atlanteans moved and founded new communities in Egypt and other areas of the Mediterranean. Khem received a vast legacy of knowledge and practices from Atlantis, including the use of sacred geometry and vibrational resonance in his buildings. The majestic temples and pyramids of Egypt are a palpable testimony to this transfer of wisdom, which continued to shape the spiritual and technological development of the region.
