What's Special About November?

November is a very exciting month. Children have settled into their school routines. November is the month when many college students return home for the first time since they left in August. Even though it will only be a brief break, they will enjoy family members and friends over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Freshmen might return home to find their room converted into a sewing room for mom or a man cave for their father. A sibling might have taken the room because it is bigger than the one a brother or sister had before the college student left home.

People who love to watch television have gotten used to the Fall schedules of their favorite shows. This season, there are more new shows than ever. Also, there are reboots and sequels. For those who prefer movies, there is no limit on how many are in theaters.

Halloween is over, and party planners can begin organizing and preparing for the next holiday. Those who like to shop often look forward to rushing through Thanksgiving dinner and hitting the malls ahead of Black Friday.
