The eleventh sign: Aquarius

Aquarians are born between January 21st and February 20th. Aquarius’s symbol is the Water Bearer, which people believe represents the gift of truth. Aquarius is the eleventh astrological sign in the Zodiac. Aquarians are very opinionated, and don’t really care for others’ opinions. As an Aquarius, I totally agree, the older I got the more of my Aquarius traits shined through me. Aquarians are very assertive and we don’t like going with the flow. We are very different and we stand out. I definitely love to stand out, I hate being basic and plain. If everyone in school had blonde hair then I would have crazy blue hair. Us Aquarians are going to tell you how it is, we're not afraid to tell you the truth. A lot of people say Aquarians love space and sci-fi, which some do like, but personally I don’t really care for space and sci-fi. People say we’re strange but we’re just different. We really care about the things that go on in our world. We do things such as campaigning and charity. We aren't very trifling, we're just truthful. We’re very intelligent and we think of the bigger picture. We usually have friends but we’re kind of a lone wolf. We usually have a lot to say and love to write and our vocabulary is huge. Since we’re an air sign most of us love the idea of flying. I would love to go skydiving and bungee jumping one day, but some Aquarians are fearful so they would sit out. We’re most compatible with Gemini and Libra who are air signs as well. We love each other's company although sometimes there is disagreement but we’re all okay in the end. Aquarians have the tendency to go off track. Which I definitely agree with. There are pros and cons of an Aquarius. The pros are we’re very innovative and love to think outside of the box, we will surprise you, and we love the idea of trying new things. But there are some cons. Sometimes we can be too much in our own head, and sometimes we get very aggressive when we’re not in charge. Aquarians are independent and enigmatic. It can be tough to describe us as a group. Aquarians don't like labels, and may shy away from any adjective, even the good ones you might bestow upon them. Aquarians believe in the nature of change and evolution, and even though we are a fixed sign, we may not necessarily believe we are the "same" people we were when we were born. Although Aquarians are communicative, we need time to get close to people. Considering that we are highly sensitive people, closeness to us means vulnerability.

Our immediate behavior combined with our strong views, makes us a challenge to meet. Aquarians will do anything for a loved one to the point of self-sacrifice if necessary.

Our friends should possess these three qualities: creativity, intellect and integrity. When it comes to family, our expectations are nothing less. Although we have a sense of duty to relatives, we will not maintain close ties if the same expectations as in friendship are not fulfilled. We don’t like to judge a book by its cover. Everyone believes Aquarians aren’t very good liars. But based on my personal experience some are very good liars and some are horrible liars. Aquarians live and breathe in music. Which I definitely agree with. I love to go in my room and blast music through my headphones. To me life is just better with music. But overall an Aqauruis is a great sign and we are different and amazing.
