Star Wars is a science fiction franchise set in a universe far far away.
Why The "Poemance" Is So Important To 'Star Wars'
Throughout the Star Wars sequel trilogy, one of the most interesting pairs to appear onscreen together was always Finn and Poe. The chemistry between a Resistance pilot and an ex-stormtrooper is very intriguing when you take all of Star Wars into account. After Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens finished, there were many rumors within the Star Wars community that Finn and Poe were going to have a romantic relationship.

7 Things That Don't Make Sense In The Prequel Trilogy
While the Star Wars prequels have aged like a fine wine and enjoyed a resurgence of late, due in no small part to the success of The Clone Wars, there are still some points of these movies that don't make much sense. A benefit of having a mystical energy field as a key element in the Star Wars universe is the ability to explain away certain flaws or inconsistencies with the Force. Many times these Force-centric explanations are found in the vast library of Expanded Universe content that is available for Star Wars fans. For our purposes, we will be primarily focusing on events taking place onscreen in the first three movies of the Skywalker saga.

10 Things in Legends That Possibly Could Happen in Canon
Star Wars has a rich and expansive universe. That universe got somewhat divided when Disney bought Lucasfilm and then it was announced a year and a half later that books, games, comics, and other expanded universe stories up to that point would not be part of the new Star Wars canon. Since then, fans have debated about whether some of their favorite stories would ever become canon again. There are a few stories that have the potential to make it into this new Star Wars universe.

Mark Hamill Fuels This Crazy Luke Skywalker Fan Theory
A couple days ago, this author came across a new Instagram post by Mark Hamill, famously known for portraying Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars saga, and for voicing Joker in the Batman: The Animated Series. He is known for being quite active on Instagram, posting a range of pictures from fun whimsical memes, to throwback nostalgic images, to deeper thought-provoking ideas. This recent post pointed to a conspiracy theory that has been circulating under the radar for a while. In my opinion, it is as well supported as the fake moon landing and Paul is dead theories.

The Reason Yoda Exiled Himself To Dagobah
Lucasfilm introduced Star Wars fans to Master Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back. He was a quirky, seemingly slightly insane Jedi master of great power in self-imposed exile on Dagobah. Why Dagobah? As the movies and television shows progressed, we learned more about Master Yoda. Yet somehow, he is now an even greater mystery.

Darth Vader Gets A Steampunk Makeover
Darth Vader is one of the most feared villains in all of pop culture. He is such an icon for the Star Wars franchise. The overall look of him is recognizable across the globe. As such, one can make variations of the character's armor while still maintaining the overall shape, as it were, that would look familiar enough despite the act of remixing the look. I know of at least one person who has made a steampunk version of Darth Vader's armor and worn that around. It really does make for a good cosplay. Now, another steampunk Darth Vader will come about in the form of a statue that one can put on display on the shelf.

The Deadliest Bounty Hunter In 'Star Wars' Is Canon Again
Star Wars has had a plethora of memorable bounty hunters. The first one we ever saw in the series was Greedo. And while he was not very effective, he has retroactively become more memorable thanks to the "Greedo Shot First" controversy in 1997, and more recently thanks to the "Maclunkey!" incident in 2019. Following his appearance, the notorious Star Wars Holiday Special had a tolerable animated segment that introduced a new bounty hunter who would be very popular for decades to come: Boba Fett. This bounty hunter's live-action debut ended up being in the second film, The Empire Strikes Back, where we saw a lineup of other bounty hunters who do nothing in the film but have been given their own stories over the years. A couple of decades later, Attack of the Clones gave us Boba Fett's father, Jango Fett. But of course, that was just the beginning of Clone Wars era bounty hunters.

The Time That Oscar Isaac Was Slapped 40 Times In A Row By Carrie Fisher
We all know that Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi is considered by some to be the most controversial film of the sequel trilogy. Many fans consider it one of the best films of the Skywalker saga, and many others consider it to be the worst Star Wars movie of all time. Even with the amount of controversy this movie has, it also has one of the best behind the scenes documentaries and blooper reels in all of the saga.
