New 'Andor' Set Photos Reveal New Spaceship For Show
If one were to go back in time to ten years ago and say that there would be multiple live-action Star Wars shows running simultaneously after the release of a sequel trilogy and a couple of spin-off films, probably very few would have believed it. And yet here we are, with the first live-action Star Wars show The Mandalorian having graced the screens, and a bunch of other live-action Disney+ shows known to be on the way.

'Battlefront II' Gets Massive Game Enhancements Including Backwards Compatibility For Xbox
When it comes to backwards compatibility (the ability to play games of consoles long gone on current generation consoles), Microsoft and Xbox stand way out in front of the rest. Xbox 360 allowed us to play certain games from the original Xbox console. Xbox One allowed us to play games from both previous consoles. Then Game Pass launched and did very much change our outlook on playing old games. Whilst Sony did bring out a version of the PS3 that could play PS2 games, it never really took off the same as it did for Xbox. Fans have loved this ability so much, it has since become an expected element of any new Xbox console.

A Galaxy Of Character Possibilities For 'The Bad Batch'
The Disney+ original animated Star Wars series, The Bad Batch, is set to premiere on this upcoming May The Fourth. It will feature a group of renegade clone troopers, Clone Force 99 (colloquially known as "The Bad Batch"), Hunter, Echo, Crosshair, Tech, and Wrecker, who possess "useful mutations." Last seen toward the end of The Clone Wars fighting with the other clones and Jedi, they now appear to be on the lam from the newly established Empire that apparently seeks to eliminate them.

Are We About To See This Female Jedi's Turn To The Dark Side In 'The Bad Batch?'
Even before shows like The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, or Ahsoka, which are linked together by certain characters and events, Dave Filoni had a tendency to continue and connect stories across more than one series: He brought back Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan in Rebels (and brought them back again in The Mandalorian). Captain Rex was a main character in The Clone Wars and at least an auxiliary character in Rebels, as was Darth Maul, to name only a few.

'Star Wars' Fan Made A Real Working Mandalorian Jetpack
Jetpacks have been a staple in the Star Wars franchise for many years. Boba Fett used one in his first appearance in the Star Wars Holiday Special way back in 1978. (Yes, this special is the very first appearance of a jetpack in any Star Wars media.) He does not use it in The Empire Strikes Back despite wearing it, but fans saw him use it in live-action in Return of the Jedi, despite how much of a letdown the action for the bounty hunter in the movie may have been. There was much more jetpack use from his father Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones.

'Andor' Star Reveals What Made Him Sign Onto The Show
What makes an actor decide to work on a movie? Is it the script? Is it the director? Is it the producer? What made Robert Downey Jr. sign on to play Iron Man for ten movies and become Iron Man personified? (No, Robert Downey Jr. is not the next actor to appear in the Star Wars universe anytime soon, although I would not mind seeing him in the galaxy far, far away.)

The Way They Make The Iconic Ships In 'Star Wars' Will Blow Your Mind
While George Lucas is often referred to as the Maker, and rightfully so, Star Wars would not be anywhere close to the cultural icon it is today without a slew of extremely creative people making their contributions to the galaxy. From John Williams' iconic score to Ralph McQuarrie and his conceptual renderings to Marcia Lucas and her editing skills that made Star Wars the fast-paced space adventure we all love. Colin Cantwell, perhaps a lesser known member of the team, played a key role in designing the spacecraft that ferry our heroes and villains through space. In this article, we'll examine what were his inspirations while designing some of the most iconic ships in cinema.

What Does The Term Darth Really Mean?
Darth Vader doesn’t have the same ring when he is just Vader. Darth Sidious doesn’t have the same ring when he is just Sidious. It’s the titles that help make their names stronger and carry more fear. However, the title Darth did not originally seem like a title in Star Wars lore.

KOTOR All But Confirmed To Be Coming From Original Developers
Knights of the Old Republic might be so popular that fans are keeping their fingers crossed for a possible Knights of the Old Republic 3 someday. The Star Wars spin-off video game is not anything less than an exhilarating experience, and the quality of the game was superior to the sequel that came later. There were talks of a threequel, but nothing came to light. However, there is a bit of hope.
