science fiction
The bridge between imagination and technological advancement, where the dreamer’s vision predicts change, and foreshadows a futuristic reality. Science fiction has the ability to become “science reality”.
Singularity
The scream tore through the night. I instantly knew it was Mrs. Perkins from a few houses down. Just last month, she had a bad fall and hit her head. Out front while getting her morning paper, she slipped. I saw her in the morning and got to her side just after Mr. Grayson. I called the ambulance, and they thought I was her daughter or something. She had no family I knew of, so after some deliberation the EMTs decided to get my contact information. A day later, she was back, and they warned me to keep an eye on her. The MRI showed some unusual sights, or something. I didn’t understand the techy side of it, honestly.

Warning Shot Part 1
“Kyle, Kyle c’mon you got to wake up.” I slowly opened my eyes as the light pierced in stopping me from opening them fully. It was Tasia; even when she looked terrified she was still beautiful: her brown hair fallen perfectly across her shoulders and the scar on her forehead that I secretly thought was adorable. Her green eyes stared straight into mine. I propped myself up on the bed and groaned; it was still dark outside. “Tasia what’s wrong?” I was trying to be concerned but the truth of the matter was I was exhausted from last night. “Kyle they’re coming for us now, we have to leave right now.” I paused and looked at her harder this time and a lot more concerned. “Okay, get your stuff together and let’s go.”

Sweethearts Chapter 3
Chapter 3 With Zaz having been stabbed, Rebecca's nights had become restless. The worst part is she didn't know why... Rebecca stood at the beachside, staring off into the sunset. The waves were coming softly and the breeze was just ever so gentle.

Thank You Grimmie
All that is born will die and that’s where I chime in. I smile, a warm and welcoming smile, at every passing soul I encounter. And in all my immortal years I have noticed that only humans ask why. Only humans, and they always expect an answer, which I deny them. Not because I don’t know, but because they don’t need to know. A true magician never reveals their tricks. I think that’s why they think I’m so cruel and evil. Because they hate not knowing. They hate feeling so small and stupid. And of course, only humans are the assholes that spread foul-mouthed rumors about me like I’m not right there. Telling each other that I am that cause of pain and/or misery. But I know those two sadistic little shits personally. They work for me, so you people aren’t completely wrong, but you still aren’t right. What you guys are and have been way off about is what I look like.

That roll, however, was intended to buy the moment or two the Alley Cat needed to kick on its thrusters. Stuck on her butt in an awkward position, a frantic Priyanka still managed to magnetically lock herself to the cargo bay wall and floor.

The Child of Armageddon
This world is full of violence and malice. Some of us blind ourselves to what is happening, concentrating on the screens that dull our minds. The date is the 29th September 2020 and although we did not know it yet, all that we know is about to come to an end.
