humanity
The evolution of humanity, from one advancement to the next.
Elon Musk is dangerous.
My upcoming book takes readers to Mars, 867 years into humanities’ future. Why so far ahead you’re wondering? The book involves terraforming Mars, a process that would make the Martian atmosphere suitable for humans, and allow Earth like plants and animals to roam the red planet freely. Terraforming a planet is possible, and we have the technology to do it now, it just takes a really long time. Sadly for us, the time variable of terraforming is unavoidable, regardless of the technology involved. In the book, I look at what would happen to Mars if it was taken over by the intellectual and financial elite. College professors, entrepreneurs, wealthy artisans, scientists, and the exuberant brilliant class. What would happen to a planet if they simply went there, without any real way to stop them, and appointed themselves rulers? What if the very rich (but also very ambitious) became the gatekeepers to an entire world?

The prophets never saw it coming
Max Brash stood in a bubble on the moon, ready to launch the most epic gender reveal party in the history of the human race. In front of him were nearly a hundred transparent monitors linked to his mission control – who was really just one person – his buddy Dave. The rest of the screens were reserved for the feed from dozens upon dozens of drones to capture every angle of this event.

Zen and the Art of Not Listening
Juxtapose (or, just suppose) that I already know we don’t know each other. But lately, I’ve been thinking about wavelengths, that is, how to get on someone else’s – how to get someone else onto my own. With deep, old friends, you can share a movie quote or a shared anecdote and SNAP into a relatable true moment. But what about a complete stranger? That’s what I’m offering up here today – an ordinary playlist but also an opportunity.

Could Universal Basic Income Empower A Fourth Branch Of Government To Build A More Perfect Union?
One of the biggest limitations with the US government is that, although the population has grown, the number of people making decisions has been roughly the same since the get go. Since the original population of 2 million in this country has grown to over 328 million, the number of legislators increased from 87 to 535 people, changing the percentage of our representation from .0045% of the population to .00016% of the population. While it may seem impressive that the size of Congress has increased by 515%, it doesn’t seem to be quite an adequate representation for the 16,300% growth in the population.

Across Time
The year is 3246. The sunrise has just woken me. As I rise up in bed I look out at it. It’s such a masterpiece. From this angle, it looks like I am sitting on top of the ocean watching it because my bedroom in on the fifth floor deck area built out onto the first hundred feet of the ocean, similar to a pier. Much of the home is safely on shore adjacent to the pier. The entire wall is extremely thick and shatterproof, just like every bit of the outer walls of my home. Nobody can see inside because it is a two-way though. It looks like a mirror when standing outside.

Homesteading Can Save America
I wrote This is essay as a letter to a friend. He and I were discussing a variety of issues we’re both passionate about and housing came up. I told him I had a number of ideas surrounding different ways to try and make it more affordable for people our age to find reasonably priced housing. He, like a fool, said he would love to hear more about my concepts. Thus, I began writing (and rewriting) this long winded essay about Homesteading.

A Limitless, Eco-friendly, Global System?
I’m not especially sure why I’m writing this or who is going to resonate with this, but sometimes I don’t think that’s the most important thing about writing. Sometimes you just have to write for your life ‘cus books, stories, speeches, theatre and movies are sure as hell some of the most powerful ways to communicate a message and these all begin with the written word.

The law of attraction
It is 2021 and it is time to reset! Our Earth is rebirthing into a new world. The world is transforming and upgrading to higher levels of consciousness. Allow me to share a few words of wisdom and secrets of the universe. I am learning to practice manifestation through the law of attraction by increasing awareness and raising my consciousness. Anyone can do this. It is part of energy medicine. My journey into learning about energy work began last year. When the Covid 19 pandemic hit my city last March, followed by the lockdown, I was home-bound for three months. My entire world came crashing. Suddenly, I found myself having panic attacks and suicidal depression. The man of my dreams got married to someone else. My friends started to ghost me. I found myself all alone in my apartment staring at four walls. I began to self-reflect and ask myself what I ever did in this world to feel so alone. And so, began my journey of self-development.

Emerald Oasis 6/18
Joyce was the first person in the dining room. She spent two hours on her own. She wasn't really on her own, she had the company of fairies promoting their favourite political parties. As they spoke, she thought of King Fore, and how she never expected him to be the leader of a left-winged party: she saw him as the most right winged thing in existence.
