When I arrived on this mysterious planet, I wasn’t necessarily sure what to expect. I realized that I had reached the pinnacle of my conscious evolution, and could no longer see into the future because it no longer existed. I had expanded my mind as far as it could reach, achieving knowledge of Oneness with all of Creation, so whatever happens now is left up to the Source of all universes and intelligent lifeforms, wherever they exist throughout all times and dimensions.

I am rarely given specific instructions before arriving on my work assignments, but that is largely due to the nature of my work. My name is Vernon Franklinswami, or at least that’s the name given to me by the Corporate Conspiracy Artist Agency (CCAA) who employs me as their top Information Gangster. I travel to far away galaxies and different dimensions mainly to collect information to bring back to my homeland: Planet Godcream.

Godcream consists mainly of Octopus-like beings who have decided to grow legs in their evolutionary timeline. There are also catdogs, Stephen King novel characters (Danny from The Shining is considered a hero here), and also members of the homeless population from the area once referred to as the City of Angels. Apparently, the human’s addiction to technology turned its ugly head, and their genetic experiments terminated their race. It will take at least three trillion years for the planet to recover what was lost due to the destructive nature of the human species. The Octy’s fascination with the human race urged them to manifest several thousand of the evolved primates here on Godcream; choosing the homeless population due to humanity’s low level of compassion.

Octy’s have all sorts of special abilities, including accessing wormholes that provide me with transportation to and from the planets I am assigned to investigate. I cannot return to Godcream until I complete my assignments. I am considered an outlier because I am a reincarnated Swami from Planet Earth who spent most of his lifetimes in the lotus position. I have the head of an Octopus, but the body of a human. In one of my lifetimes as a pure human, I studied at the Self-Realization Fellowship Center at Mt. Washington in the City of Angels under the guidance of Paramahansa Yogananda. Yogananda taught me Christ Consciousness, giving me access to different dimensions, and the ability to transcend the limiting confines of the human body. Other than lotus positions, I have also spent time in the bodies of actors, writers, and many other manifestations of the human experience.

I decided to materialize on Godcream because the landscape is something nearly unimaginable. The mountains I remember from Earth pale in comparison to the living ones here. The mountains here have not yet developed the ability to speak, but they have learned how to move themselves from location to location. Mating season for the mountains is quite the spectacle, and can cause the Planet’s orbit to drop a few degrees depending on the size of each one. Sometimes when the largest and most magnificent mountains attempt to impregnate smaller ones, it wreaks havoc on Godcream’s atmosphere, and all time stands still. It appears quite destructive, but it gives birth to at least three new galaxies and countless life forms depending on the duration of the mountain’s time spent on top of one another.

The current assignment I am on was given to me by President Octogone after Mount Olympus made love to Mount Moleskine, the most beautiful, elegant, and durable of all mountains on Godcream. Olympus and Moleskine coming together meant at least three hundred new galaxies would be formed, and within one particular galaxy, existing at the edges of the Universe’s Bubble, a new planet was born that the CCAA wanted me to investigate.

The CCAA informed me that there was a pregnant goat living on the newly born planet, given the name Kahlo, for its stunning beauty and remarkable creations. Planet Kahlo is just over two billion light years away, and exists at the edge of a strange galaxy never before visited by any creature alive. The CCAA told me that the pregnant goat living on Kahlo was about to give birth to something that would change the entire structure of Creation, and apparently I am meant to not only pray and meditate with the goat, but to also assist in its birthing process. I was surprised when the President gave me such specific instructions, but there was still a lot of mystery surrounding what exactly the goat was giving birth too.

Before entering my wormhole and leaving for Kahlo, I meditated for six hours in front of Mount Moleskine and upon opening my eyes, I saw a special traveling backpack and a flat writing device that I was meant to take with me for my next celestial adventure. The writing device had a convenient clip on it, assuring me that it would not get lost during my travels.

I stood up and bowed before Moleskine, admired her beauty once more, thanked her for the gifts, and I was on my way. I had not been this excited for quite some time because this was the first moment in Godcream’s history that Mount Moleskine had given birth. It was very fitting that Olympus was the mountain who approached her because Olympus is the most prominent peak on our planet. This was truly a divine orchestration for such two remarkable mountains to make love with one another. Some people have given Moleskine the nickname, Milan, because of its kind, loving, and gracious nature. I myself have been eternally transfixed by the beauty of Moleskine and specifically the durability of her outer layers. Within Moleskine’s body, her rocks, she is said to hold all the answers to the Universe, and so it wouldn’t be surprising to me if the pregnant goat on Planet Kahlo was giving birth to something never before seen.

I hadn’t been this excited for an assignment in a very long time, and fortunately for me, the wormhole I was accessing was as secure as my special backpack. I almost couldn’t believe how comfortable the Stone Grey pack was resting on my shoulders as I confidently entered my wormhole, and allowed the universal forces to transport me all the way to Kahlo where my breath was immediately taken away.

It’s usually quite difficult to retain your memories after traveling through wormholes, but I vaguely remember a crying lion, a little girl, some sort of tin-like person or creature, a scarecrow, and a yellow brick road. I heard echoes of a gentle voice reminding me that there’s no place like home. It soothed my soul, and reminded me of a story I remember from Planet Earth. This was a very unique wormhole, something like a limited edition, that I was amazed with. I had never been through such a wormhole, but then again, this was Mount Moleskine’s creation, and this was her first offspring, so I was in uncharted territory, yet I felt completely protected by her. If Moleskine could speak, I imagine her saying something like, “It’s dangerous to go alone! Take this.”

I wasn’t sure why I had this thought, but it felt sort of legendary. I almost felt like I was in a video game. Whatever the case may be, I feel like I’ve arrived on a planet I never want to leave.

Maybe that is what Moleskine’s intentions were; to create a new planet where all creatures are welcomed. As I walked through the soft grasses of Kahlo, I was surprised by what I was seeing; Planet Kahlo reminded me of Planet Earth.

Is this what Olympus and Moleskine were choosing to create together, a new Earth? A new chance at human life to thrive and begin again?

Forget about three trillion years, this is happening right now!

I needed to discover more.

I kept walking ahead, and with each step I felt more at home, at peace, secure, and protected. I wasn’t worried about this place falling apart, or concerned with how life could thrive here without spiraling laws, boundaries and borders. It felt like all life forms here had the potential to be equal, but at one point something I saw scared me for a moment; a wounded deer with a woman’s face on it with antlers protruding from its head and arrows sticking out from its body.

I approached the deer woman with caution, but the creature didn’t seem to mind. She had a beautiful face, but clearly she was in pain. I removed the arrows one by one, and mended to her wounds before proceeding onward. It was then that I saw the pregnant goat on the horizon. I wasn’t far away now, but I had to stay focused on my task and not become mesmerized by the beauty of this place. As I approached the goat, I noticed it had a bouquet of flowers growing out of its head.

It nodded in my direction as if it were waiting for me and immediately started the birthing process. I noticed the deer woman next to me now, and we made eye-contact for a moment. I swear I could fall in love with her, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here much longer by the looks of it.

The goat walked closer to me, and we met each other in stride. I felt an urge to pick a flower from its head and offer it to the deer woman, but I decided to simply sit down next to the goat and wait.

Within minutes, as if everything was in perfect alignment; the universe and this planet, the multiplicity of this beautiful creation from the bosom of Mount Moleskine, was all leading up to this moment. Every lifetime I had spent on Earth, every lifetime spent in different dimensions, various galaxies and universes, was all leading up to this moment where the flower headed goat is giving birth...The goat is hardly making a sound...Here the baby comes now!...A little black book...

A little black book?

A little black book.

Do I open it?

This must be Moleskine’s way of communicating with us! This book must hold all of her secrets; the answers of all Universes and all galaxies existing everywhere, this must be it!

I need to open it...No, I cannot. I must protect it.

I put the little black book into my Stone Grey pack, and I bowed to thank the goat, but am surprised as both the deer and the goat follow me, walking beside me, and together the three of us re enter the wormhole and find ourselves back on Godcream as quickly as I had left.

The three of us approach Moleskine to find her even more beautiful than before, and I open my pack, grab the little black book, and place it on the ground before her.

I sit down and begin meditating as the deer woman lays down next to me along with the flower headed goat, waiting together for any new messages she might have to offer.

After a short time processing the events of my most recent assignment, I find the black book is open in front of us, and I read the first several words of text:

I am here and I am just as strange as you.

My body was filled with chills, and I began weeping at the base of Moleskine’s majestic beauty. Of all the things I have experienced as an Information Gangster, never before have I heard such profound wisdom with just a few words.

Thank you, Mount Moleskine.

Perhaps now we can begin creating as you choose to create, Milan, for your beauty is truly unmatched, and no man, no woman, no creature, is powerful enough to tear you up no matter how hard they have tried.

President Octogone was so pleased with my work that he unexpectedly offered me $20,000 for my efforts.
